unfortunately for SH - it was to dismantle the company to pay wages for a couple of years

However this today has really shocked me...not the actual consolidation but the fact that it was not rns when the news was out.

I don't think you will ever get a meaningful conversation about the share with them If you look at the potential bomb dropped today..look at the responses. Nothing about subject matter only other posters.

the reason i wondered about this possibility previously - would be the need for future placements.

at current structure and price - it is impossible. placings cant take place under the nominal value

the obvious way around this is a restructure - consolidation. / change sp / nominal value

assuming that odx are correct and will have £3.8m cash at year end...if they have to pay £2.5m back...

they are then finished.

survival is only possible with another placing

Although originally I was accused of " you used to say" which suggests it was a regular posting. Must have all been deleted.

Also the posts being deleted is a recent thing when someone realized they could manipulate the board by getting anything they disliked deleted.

Ygen deal has to be completed ..then they will spend some time evaluating the whole portfolio. I would not be expecting anything dramatic for awhile.

The major driver is the dispute which will be settled in the next 10.months. personally I think a compromise is very likely before it goes to court. Which could come any day but realistically much closer the court date. Game of chicken.

You don't want to be out if the rns with a good decision comes out.

On the other hand no news and sp will drift. 10 months is a long time still.

I was in odx for COVID tests in a pandemic like many others but I never said anything bad about the other tests. They were an additional bonus.

i never said anything bad about the cd4 test. odx at one time said they might have to give it away - which we all discussed. if the company itself says that - then it was worrying. luckily they got a good deal.

who is the ceo of accubio? i will give you a clue..he could not sell a test in a pandemic? or much of cd4 when he was ceo at odx

I would expect them to get royalty payments at set intervals..eg 3 months or 6 months. Until £1m cap is reached.

That is if it is reached.
