Seems most 2025 holders are confident they'll get their money back and are happy with the projected return. Vote of confidence in the business perhaps but not sure what it means for SP in short term. Maybe the SP link to oil price will be more relevant now?

If his aim is further accumulation, of course helping keep the SP down by lending to shorters is very possible. That said, with 1.4 billion shares in circulation, there will be no shortage of brokers/institutions willing to lend stock out. Either way, they won't be able to keep Tlw back if refinancing continues to plan

GLG dropped by 0.11% yesterday, which takes them below the 0.5% reporting level. That just leaves Pictet above 0.5%, at 1.99%. Hopefully yesterday's bond news will encourage them to the exit door also

I don't think there'll be a short squeeze here,in the absence of some major news like Kenya or a takeover dropping out of the blue. There should however, now be an orderly retreat of shorts to a more sensible level. Euroclear showed total shorts drop from over 10% to 8.8% at the end of October. Hopefully this drop will continue to fall towards the c4% we were at in May 2022, when the SP was in the 60s

Almost a month since our interim gas agreement was due to lapse at end of 3Q, and less than a week to go before tax dispute proceedings are due to start. I'd like to think the 2 were being worked simultaneously in the background but either way we are due some news imminently
