I flew out of London today, back to the Middle East. There's definitely still the effects of the Cyberattacks. All of our check in desks were working manually. The Airline electronic signage was not available. All printers were still down, that meant that we couldn't get a printed loadsheet.

In addition. For the first time over London, in my experience, we had our GPS jammed.

All of the above could be the result of a hybrid war. But nothing currently presents more than a nuisance.

We all know the fundamentals of Wizz. As soon as the Aircraft come back, the operating profit goes up and the investment grade Debt comes back. Then we'll get the upgrades. But yes, we have to wait. Probably November 2026.

The leaed Aircraft are gone in terms of value to Wizz. But the remaining orders are very valuable. That's why we get the Sale/Leaseback profits.

The slots with Airbus are worth money. Like landing slots at Heathrow. Airbus have a backlog of around 10 years. If an Airline wants an Aircraft immediately then it needs to buy a slot from another Airline.

Wizz ordered their Aircraft 2 or 3 years ago, when the price was lower and with the large order they made, they got a low price. Orders made today are more expensive. Therefore selling our Aircraft as they are delivered would be very profitable.

The Chinese, Indians and the middle East all need Aircraft now.

Sorry. I don't agree. Why don't Indigo Partners just sell their 25%ish share if there's no long term future for the company. If anyone knows the future of Wizz, it's the management of Indigo. All the orders for Aircraft are placed through them. There's currently a big market just for ordered Aircraft, so they can just sell the slots with Airbus if they choose.

There are other reasons for shorts. Fund managers need to hedge positions against unforeseen issues like Covid. Shorting Airlines is a great hedge. What percentage of Wizz shares are on short, 5% or less. Forget it.

Wizz has a great long term future. Looking at small percentages of shorts is ridiculous.

Well. I'm always going to say yes at these prices. I think that the current share price is equivalent to a mid term PE of 2 and possibly a long term PE of 1.

Don't worry. We were at prices slightly lower than this last September and the following couple of months they went up to nearly £16- before Iran sent it's missiles into Israel.

The company is profitable. It will be profitable this year because there's a lot of Sale and Leaseback to come. We just have to be patient and ride it out. I need a 50% rise to be back to break even but one good earnings report will give me that.

The journalist at Motley fool doesn't want to be laughed at, so he came up with a very conservative figure. Only 74% undervalued.

Yes John. 29 flights out of 35,700 were cancelled. You can be sure that the flights that were cancelled would have been loss making for the concerned Airline. They took the opportunity to cancel.

Monday morning. It'll open down due to retail investors seeing the downgrade news on Friday night/the weekend. Then It'll bounce back to the current norm- 1270 ish, by the end of Monday. It'll finish the week in an up trend.

My Personal point of view is that if I was retired, I would own some EZJ. They're mostly in a mature market, they have their customers. They're doing a good job with package Holidays. They're profitable year in- year out. With PE of under 9, a lot of Cash will find it's way back to the investors over the coming years.

However, I like Wizz as an independent company. A moment of trouble is not the time throw in the towel and merge with a more mature company.

I like everything about Wizz. I like the colour scheme. I like the Aircraft. I like the brand. I like the CEO. I like the plan for growth. Long term and in Europe, I even like the engines.

Summer 2028 they could have 300 Aircraft and it's not impossible that each Aircraft makes €4m net profit.

EZJ on the other hand are stagnating as they try to replace their old Aircraft. They suffer the British economy and the Spanish rebellion against tourists.

EZJ have a dream of making £1B gross profit. 🤞

I think that unless you're really looking at Wizz from a short term perspective this is not an issue, just a further buying opportunity.

A small summer change in yield will not effect Wizz long term. Long term Wizz Air's share price will be driven by the removal of costs associated with the grounded Aircraft.

Then the addition of much cheaper Aircraft to operate that will generate more revenue.
