As you well know, there is no way the FAA can know how the production line will pan out. That's why first year supply is slow. If the production meets the standards then ramping up will occur.

Great post again Yeslam. Even if you're using a dose of AI, you're certainly feeding it the right information and asking the right questions. Wizz Air's costs lower than RYR despite using generally more primary airports and despite the expensive process of phasing out the CEO powered Aircraft.

There is nothing sure about the continuous delivery of 150+ ×B737-Max10's to Ryanair. Boeing will probably now achieve certification and initiate production but ramping up to the required rate of manufacture is far from certain, the supply will only be a trickle in the first year. If quality control meets FAA standards, only then will rapid production occur. There will be delays.

Operating B737-800's means every other area of the business needs to be super cheap to match the low level of costs that Wizz are going to be achieving.

It's clear that MOL is panicking over Wizz.

Another point. There's all of this talk about "execution", but the load factors remain the same despite 22% growth. Yields will only grow on those new routes. My view is that there are plenty of passengers. Execution will not be an issue.

D9. I'm very happy with the results. Clearly Varadi is now under promising and over delivering.

Wizz have made a net profit of €581m in the years effected by the GTF groundings. That'll probably be €1b net profit for those years by November. Cash continues to rise. Maybe there'll only be 15 grounded Aircraft at the end of F27. Fuel Prices look likely to fall significantly next year.

Ryanair still waits hopefully for their Max-10 's. The real problems start when the production line starts operating.

I've averaged down a little. My current overall average price is £17.00

My average since August 2024 is around £11, so a little profit in the last couple of years.

I totally believe that we have to ride out the black Swan events. 3 years from now there'll be 300xA321-neo's, all CEO's gone, mature routes and 100m passengers per year generating a net profit of €1B.

Michael O'Leary is in fear of Wizz as a competitor. He can't talk about anything other than Wizz.

My view is that Wizz is more of a high oil price investment than a low oil price investment. It'll be painful in the short term but as oil crosses and remains above $130/barrel, Wizz will have the lowest CASK of all European Airlines and will suddenly dictate fares. This would presumably result in a Market re-rating.

I am a long term investor. At some point Wizz becomes the lowest cost Airline in Europe whatever happens with oil.

Everything going on right now is just noise. There are no existential threats to Wizz.

Well nothing changes my view thar Wizz will have the lowest costs of any shorthaul Airline in Europe in the 2030's. That opens up unlimited market share.

The actual limit being how fast they can obtain the right type of new Aircraft and engines.

I'll be totally honest. I want the price to stay exactly where is now until the end of May so that I can get my average down to £16.50 before the next earnings report.

IMHO the Houthi's will not get involved. Nobody will protect them from the Saudi's this time if they do. It'll be a suicide mission.

That Citi price makes the downside look so little with the potential upside so much. This is a no brainier buy. Even just with a small percentage of your portfolio.

GaryDav. Your point is accurate but not good for Trump. A small percentage of Americans will become rich from high oil prices but the majority will be affected badly, with high inflation and potential high interest rates.

The Democrats will landslide the Mid terms if this lasts.

For the long termers.

The market is fickle and panicky. It even gives the likes of Pogo and Johnbri the opportunity to be right occasionally.

In November 2026 we'll get the H127 results. They'll indicate an operating profit of €500-€600m. At that point, over the previous 3.5 years (GTF grounding time) the company will have made a net profit of around a billion euro's.

During H2 F27 we'll lose a lot of that. Why:

● We're getting rid of the CEO powered Aircraft

●We're returning the Grounded CEO's

●We're maturing routes

All of the above is extremely expensive and keeps our profitability down to break even ish. However when the job is done. We'll make a net profit of around €10 per passenger.

Oil Prices will plummet as soon as the Straits are open. Meaning a possible long term hedge for Wizz at a very low price.

Just relax guys and Stille, and keep the faith.

I was buying wizz though in 2022 for £28.

But since August 2024 it's around £11.50.
