I am long term and I do understand the industry pretty well, I know that you get these troughs and then spikes. You don't sell in the trough. You certainly don't leverage any Airline industry investment.

I departed the middle east exactly when all of this kicked off last Saturday morning, a lot of emergency fuel diversions were taking place as the Americans closed middle Eastern Airspace. I was stranded in Hong Kong for 4 days. Now I'm stranded in Saudi Arabia.

In Pete Hegseth's news conference the Admiral said that Iran were now launching 90% fewer missiles and 83% fewer drones than day 1. Presumably that means that it will not be long before we're at a business as usual level of risk. Meaning all Middle Eastern airports open and the Straits of Hormuz unrestricted.

I think Varadi is actually giving some conservative guidance on F27 in this article. F27 will be better than F26. I take that to mean some profitability and growth expected. From where we are right now, that's an important statement.

Don't forget we have the most fuel efficient Aircraft and we're +/- completely hedged for this month. Thereafter we're 55% hedged for a year.

Yeslam. That's a bit too negative for me. I don't really think this war will last long. Not at the real fighting stage anyway. When the Oil tankers are released from the bottleneck of the Persian gulf there'll be a rapid glut of oil. Prices will fall very quickly.

Another point is that we've seen this play out twice before. There's a lot of buying interest as this stock dips below £10.

We're going to see what the market does with this. But we've just paid a €500m debt off with cash. We're likely to make an operating profit of €500m-€700m In H127.

Somebody said that we've already given up £200m in value. This is a €50m cost. We need some perspective.

I think the new policy of dissemination of ths type of RNS comes from the new CFO, Veronika Špaňárová.

They're restarting flights to Jeddah from Gatwick on the 8th (I don't know why they stopped them, Jeddah has remained open and busy), the flights from then are either sold out or they're charging nearly £1000 one way just for the basic seat. As the other routes open, Tel Aviv, Amman, Abu Dhabi, Dubai; demand will be even greater.
