There are things that institutions see that we don't. They'll have an almost real time feedback on load factors. They'll also be able to calculate estimated yields based on day to day ticket prices, and they'll be able to project that into the upcoming summer.

Having said that. The Analysts always get it wrong. They mostly disagree with each other.

The only advantage that a retail investor like you and I can have is that we can take a longer term perspective. If you want to trade short term then you need to consider the share price action and possibly the shorts.

For me personally, shorts are investors that are committed to buy.

It maybe true but Wizz Air after renegotiation with Airbus have a built in catch up time during 2027 and 2028 when operational Aircraft will remain at around 270. Of course if they need to, they can sell Aircraft on delivery to be leased to other Airlines.

To me Panmure seem to dream up issues that don't really exist.

Margin concerns also make the assumption that costs will not go down as grounded Aircraft return to line. They will, as I understand it, mostly because an operating Aircraft pays for it's own depreciation cost.

My view is that worry about Margins may keep the PE relatively low. The E part of that equation though should be very good from F27 onwards, that'll drive the share price up.

The rate of growth should make the PE reasonable, despite the margin concerns, maybe about 9.

This is a little bit of sell on the news. All the institutions have known the traffic numbers for a while. It's still great news and definitely suggests that revenues will continue to increase year over year.

That was a huge increase in capacity right before Christmas. Hopefully that paid off and made us a lot of money. We'll see on January 29th. That Varadi, he's a smart guy.

My view is that Wizz Air was always on a downward trajectory until November 2025. I'm cautiously believing that the corner has now been turned. The Q3 results hopefully will give us a better picture.

I will be disappointed if I don't break even after the Q3 earnings report. But thanks for the semi-optimism.

Wizz has gone up 34% since it's low early in November. If it goes up another 36% in the next 2 months, I'll be break even... 😅

Easyjet will grow as well. Their market cap is likely to be £6B in 3 years time. I know it's a concept that some on here don't understand but share price is correlated to net profit. Easyjet are a cash cow. One way or another, over time that cash will flow back to investors.

Given time, Wizz will be more of a cash cow than Easyjet. Wizz Air's market cap will exceed that of Easyjet.

£40 is bread and butter for Wizz.

Wizz Airs costs are significantly lower than Easyjet.

Load factors are better than Easyjet.

Passenger number will match Easyjet in the near future.

Wizz operate much more in growing markets.

Easyjet will not receive the bulk of their new Aircraft until 2029 or later. In the meantime they continue to operate these very inefficient A319's.

Easyjet are much more UK focused which has very high tax and low growth.

If Wizz don't make £40 in under 3 years, I'll bow in shame to Johnbri.

Personally I'm very happy with my investment in Wizz. I'm not trying to time it. I'm very confident that it will deliver what I want in the future.

A 370% increase would take its share price to £60. It's never been £60 before.

Having said that, £60 is not out of the question for 3 to 4 years time. 273 Aircraft should comfortably make an operating profit of £750m (given a resolution to the current issues). That would take the share to around £60.

As I re-read your comments the more nonsense I realise you've posted. "Susceptible to bankruptcy in a downturn". Wizz currently has around €2B in cash. During the 2.5 years of Aircraft groundings to the end of H1 2026 it had made a net profit of €800m.

I understand that you're talking about a macroeconomic downturn but Wizz could have hardly gone through a worse downturn than having to pull it's operations out if Ukraine and Russia, then having around 30% of it's fleet grounded and then having to pull it's operations from Abu Dhabi.

Historically in Macroeconomic downturns the ultra low cost Airlines have done well.

Wizz is not vulnerable to bankruptcy. This is total misinformation (recently spread by a well known competitor).
