My view would be that the most lucrative XLR flights would be from the UK to Mecca and Medina. This is because "Umrah" is now celebrated in Saudi Arabia 365 days per year and Muslims should go as often as possible. With nearly 4m Muslims in the UK, you have a massive market.

They have already started both of these routes from Gatwick. I guess we see how this goes.

I don't like to disagree with you Yeslam because I'm sure that you're way above my pay grade in the Airline you work for. In my experience low cost transatlantic simply doesn't work for a couple of reasons.

● All the US transatlantic Airlines have unionised staff. If a non-unionised European Airline tries to compete, the litigation is fast, furious and prohibitively expensive, and will lose in US courts.

● Secondly, For the European and US Majors, the economy class only has small importance. The flight costs and profit are all covered by First and Business class. This means that a low cost Airline has to compete with Airlines who can slash their fares to nearly 0.

Look back at the period up to 2 months after the last 8 earning reports. I think that you'll find that 6 of the 8 resulted in a minimum of 30% movement.

It'll move 30%+ one way or the other after the earnings report. It nearly always does even though everyone says- everything is priced in, won't move this time.

Maybe it's a rigged game but the share price is certainly correlated to the profits, and Wizz can certainly be very profitable in the near future.

Johnbri was calling for £7.70 before that report. Now he's move upward to "treading water" at £12.47.

This thing with Barclays is to do with tax. Nothing to do with selling high and buying low. Under HMRC rules, if they account for profits made through Wizz stock, they pay less tax for short term trades than they will for a long term hold.

This happened a few months ago didn't it? Barclays appeared to sell off, then a few days later there was an RNS with a larger shareholding.

I don't see what it changes. Europe knows that Russia have hypersonic missiles capable of delivering nuclear warheads. On the other side, Russia knows that the UK has nuclear armed and powered submarines able to strike Moscow. It's MAD.

All good questions. I think that stalled Ukraine peace talks are priced in, any developments will improve the share price.

I don't think that the Russian attack on Kiev will have any effect on the share price. It certainly will not effect European Airspace.

From a Geopolitical point of view, a rush to the dollar may effect the share price.

My opinion, Wizz is on a volatile but upward trajectory, that won't stop without another black Swan event.

I drink and post occasionally. I always totally regret it. I must try not to, but what you're posting after a couple glasses of wine seems like you've mastered trading. Simply not true again. If you can look back at Lobbenberg's price forecasts over the last few years, you'll see that he forecast the share price to fall all the way to around £10. He then forecast the turnaround. Not only that, he absolutely nailed the timing of IAG's rise. In my view he's comfortably the best Airline Analyst in Europe currently.

As for D9's forecasts from last year, based on the information we had at the time he made a reasonable call. Everything really has been delayed by about 1 year due to higher than anticipated costs (broadcast to us at the F25 earnings) and a some delay to the return of grounded Aircraft.

John, your call was £7.70 then £9.20. So even you are in upgrade mode. What next £12?

I agree. The current price, prices in negative revenue growth.

Another point. Yeslam said that CEO Aircraft returns (to lessors) appeared to be behind schedule. This is likely to be good news in the short term on costs. I don't think that there'll be a near term hurry to return CEO's with fuel costs relatively low and expected to fall.

Using D9's words, I think that Christmas will have smashed it. Then It'll come down to costs, revenue growth and hopefully some forward guidance.

My expectation is that concerns over revenue growth will go away, this should drive the stock up nicely. I'd go with £14.50 in the days after the earnings report. Then the upward trajectory will take it to between £17 and £19 for Easter. The market will need to see healthy summer bookings for that.

Its difficult to know what timeframe Lobbenberg has for £15 but originally it seemed like the end of this financial year. I wouldn't bet against him and I think that he's generally conservative.
