I think that Trump can't back out of the negotiations. He needs a result.

The peace treaty in Ukraine is a certainty in my opinion. Commodity prices are rising fast. Trump needs to contain inflation to keep interest rates low. The only way to contain inflation is to get the Oil price right down. America needs Russian Oil. Trump can not give up.

American refineries need heavy crude. It comes from Russia and Venezuela. The light crude from fracking is pretty useless.

Lower Oil Prices and peace in Ukraine coming very soon.

I'm going to have an over optimistic post here.

I'm thinking £20 by the end of March:

-War in Ukraine to finish

-Good Q3 results

-Market looking forward to great summer with only 25 Aircraft grounded

-Oil Prices in the low $50 range or below if Russian Oil becomes available

I'm with you Strike, but the negativity recently around this stock has come from a forecast year over year revenue fall in the low single digits for F26.

On every metric we can come up with, Wizz are very cheap. If everything just normalised tomorrow, Wizz Air's share price would be between £40 and £50.

That's my original Airline. Back in the day, they were called Britannia Airways. I was once a very young First Officer with them.

I hope that you're wrong D9. I'll be disappointed if we see £11 again. Things are moving in the right direction, even excluding Ukraine.

My average is about £18 as well. I'm totally happy with that. All of my Wizz Air is pension. It's long term.

£18 is a bargain.

Normalisation and +/- 300 ×A321NEO's each making €3m-€4m (in under 4 years).

This company and share price has a long, long way to run.

Nice to see Brent crude below $60. If Wizz can get a good hedge on fuel with savings of 20%, that should make a meaningful difference to the bottom line.

Frank... My summary

In a World where everything else stays the same, the share price has to go to £17.

This is because shorts must be covered. Longs may be indefinite.

Why am I wrong??

What I understand is that shorting is expensive and short term. That 10% of stock has to be bought back in the relatively near future. Therefore by shorting you're effectively putting your thumb on a spring which at some point you have to release.
