This may delay things which is expected and part of development risk we carry investing at this stage. It's about a bazilion times more versatile then that which gives me even more confidence im right as the market just hasn't grasp what their offering. A way to treat 90% of solid tumours with zero or no side effects.

As for HEMO, of course I understand the potential is massive. Of course I understand if patients are alive still this is amazing. Ive always said hemo has amazing science have I not? My issue is and always has been that a investment is about so much more then just the science.

This is not a private company it is a PLC with a retail heavy investor base. Investor relations matters. Dilution matters.

We have zero idea how the patience are doing so I air on side of caution and assume not so well.

And no I am not trying to time any investment and make gains at avacta then come here. I'll make more then enough their to retire me and my grandchildren and even their children most likely. If hemo was a better overall company I have spare money now I could invest. Its just a side show for me and small fry in the scheme of things. B2h2sl we know boin is faster dose escalation and can be done after just ine patient sees no DLT and that you end up with more patience treated with therapeutic doses this is fantastic. Do we know what the dose escalation boundaries are ? E.g. 0/1 or 0/2 or 0/3 etc... ?

As for you all obsessing over cohort 1 patients being alive I think you need to remember this is a p1 safety trial and as far as that goes the results couldn't have been any better so it was a big success the first cohort.

You then start going off the rails talking about patients being alive more than a year etc assuming the first and lowest dose is some kind of miracle cure. Highly unlikely.

Long road ahead yet and p1 DE trial is all about finding the optimum dose to then take in p2. View it through that lens and you won't be disappointed.

Word of caution about CDX/CBR.. absolutely no update on these provided for a long long time. All vlad keeps doing is stringing investors along saying these are "progressing". When was the last detailed update for these?

More often then not the price does fall under the placing price. I would expect 33p to be strong support though ive had that marked for a long time. If price were to fall below this theb 30p would be next logical point to look for a reaction.

They just have big piles of cash and move it from one placing to the next taking 3% and above on 100k every week or so is nice work if you can get it.

Usually in my experience you need 3x the placing volume to be traded before placees are clear if they're all beinf flipped. In this case with the added dynamic of Richard Hughes I dont think they'll all flip.

15m issued so 3x volume would be 45m but if only half are flipped and remainder kept then that would be just over 20m needed to be traded before the overhang as gone. Not a exact science but this works for me honestly around 95% of the time.

With current volumes and add in the new isa allowance and news flow with conferences and i think we'll churn through the placees by end of next week then move up.

Quite often good news nowadays has a delayed reaction on the SP as well. Today's news was undoubtedly good news.

Vlad stepping aside, a detailed roadmap being provided or good news from 1st pediatric patient or an update on cohort 1 patients showing increased survival or results of detailed tests showing all clear or a huge cash injection or big farmer partnership would be the type of catalysts id like before committing. And as ive repeatedly said, I would happily buy at a higher price to get the right risk reward.

Bb111 I hear you ans thats fine no regulatory need to update but I find it suspicious that in one RNS Vlad talks about how great the patients are doing and despite multiple opportunities since he hasn't mentioned them. Like you say and even I have said IF they are alive OR lived longer than current best survival times then this would be HUGE and would surely send the SP northwards at pace.

He can release the data because he has previously so I belief he hasn't chosen to do so despite the obvious positive effect it would have, because the patients are no longer with us.

I do find it also suspicious how we were told there was MRD using "standard testing methods" for patient 3 but have had no update since. What did the detailed tests show?

More transparency would be great and some actual roadmaps and milestones which the board can be held too.

Hemo absolutely can release patient update clearly but are choosing not to. You guys can fantasise this means a deal is imminent etc but in reality it would be more reasonable to assume the patience had succumbed to there illness and no longer with us.

Its only the first a lowest dose anyway so it wouldn't mean that is the end of HG-CT-1 if that were the case. Sentiment wouldn't do so well though and the SP would crash. Thats why no update on the patience. Its so obvious.
