Same raise price as last year despite now having made leaps and strides scientifically including world first dual warhead pdc and having more than doubled PFS on SGC and having 6103 set up ready to go. About time RH and others showed some confidence in the company and invested at market price or at a premium..constantly needing discounts to invest is rubbing are faces in it.

From 5p though a 13% rise wouldn't even see the SP reach 6p. Cant neglect the share price. Sales sales sales. But you cant flog something thats not ready nor one with currently no orders so it is what it is. Just need to buckle down and ride this out to either dilution to oblivion or huge increase. Any rise here is sold into and price has broken down through the 200dma and stayed below it for 6 consecutive trading sessions. I see pops and drops and trading ops over next few weeks but most likely price would bottom out around 8p. Unless their is a placing which of course there will be at some point. Anyway if we're at 8p pre raise then I would be inclined to think the raise will be at 5p.

Need material news I.e. sales but we know that isnt coming until Q4 at the earliest so putting fundamentals with technicals id say be very careful owning this stock right now. It does look extremely week to me.

Not the slam dunk some would believe and its why diverse portfolio is required. Ammonia prices, metals prices, government policy, war, peace, interest rates... none of those materially affect biotech M&A activity for example. Good science gets bought out for huge premiums.

With Avacta seeing CMax at a Tmax of minutes after dosing in the pre clinical setting then you really dont have to wait long to see initial tolerability. If we manage to get biopsy data also, to supplement the blood/urine tests then that would be the icing on the cake.

2 questions for the experts here please

How soon will the initial scans be, 1 week after dosing? 2 weeks? And what frequency will they be scanned on.

Will the patients allowed to enrol have to consent to biopsies or will it be purely down to their good will?

I read words like "significant partnering interest" in broker notes and listen to Christina saying things like "this extra bit of data is what potential partners are waiting for" and things like that and its think it stands to reason multiple NDA's have been signed. Maybe they haven't but from what I am reading and hearing specifically this past year then I think there is a very high chance they have.

Not only due to that but due to the stage of development we are at and the level of data we have. Look at many presidents like even prometheus and you see NDA's are signed and deal talks underway with even less data than avacta have and a fraction of the disruptive potential.

After FPD how quickly will AVACTA... Not us for those of you with to low of a IQ to understand but AVACTA and those under NDA to see INITIAL... Again I am highlighting key words in capitals for the low IQ frequenters of the bored...

But INITIAL idea if 6103 is working remotely like what is expected?

I believe Enhertu has some pretty drastic side affects after only hours. So not seeing those side effects and seeing blood / urine test results would give INITIAL idea of whether drug is working and patients are tolerating it PDQ...

Using BOIN design we can very rapidly escalate the doses. I dont think i fully understood how rapidly until I looked into this more but now I do and its perfect trial design and fully aligned to FDA's project Optimus.

Anyway, if AZ/DS are having eyes on the potential Enhertu killer in addition to Novartis and maybe others then things COULD... move extremely quickly for us shareholders. LONG BEFORE there is any data release and webinar explaining it etc.

Short term gold price and placing overhang will subdue sentiment for a short while you would expect. Put them in the bottom drawer for now

It's a name change, one we knew was coming since John said last year that rebranding was like pushing against an open door.

BV 6k trial would also have been faster if we had access to AI back then, had good relationships with the clinicians and trust built up plus there was some prior understanding of how the PDC would perform in humans and if we had not had the serious cardiac event, a drug so incredibly potent that it overcomes resistance to even irinotecan and last but not least a trial design using BOIN, guided under the FDA and aligned to project optimus.

Thankfully we have all those things for 6103 trial which will imminently be in humans.

Given we know full well how exetecan behaves avacta will have a very good idea of the initial tolerability after a matter of hours. Using BOIN design we could very rapidly escalate dosing. Things about to get real exciting, real quick here
