If i recall ava6000 MTD in animals was increased 6x where as the exact same animal model saw 75x MTD increase with AVA6103. Therefore if it performs even remotely like the animal models then wear onto a winner.

Also key now is the slow release mechanism which, is, seeing drug increase half life from hours to days. I remember cell cycles are around 24hrs roughly so again all we need to see is not even THE half life increased to days but a mere improvement on the 9hrs to around 24hrs would have huge impact.

Put simply 6103 only needs to work a fraction as well as it has in vivo and the drug is a winner.

6103 has much more chance of working than other p1 trials given its the same cleaving mechanism as ava6000 plus look how 6000 translated into human (a lot better) plus the warhead has been in extensive trials before. All that needs proving is the capping group really which provides, slow release. Doesn't even need to be as good as preclinical to be affective.

But let's say 6103 is a failure. OK. Well thats the best thing about having multiple shots on goal and being a platform company.

Up step lead asset ava6000 which as currently doubled the pfs of salivary gland cancer which has no standard of care and equates to a market opportunity of I cant remember exactly but its multiple hundreds of millions and peak sales only expected to be 4 years away? I would also say its not wise to overexpose but its equally as important to have most of your money in your best ideas. Why have 20% of your PF in your 8th best idea for example.

Yes I am envious I had to graft all hours of the day, support a family move to England start again build up from scratch learn to trade, learn to invest lose shed loads of money in process, support kids through uni and now grandkids. Done it the hard way. Now in my latter years I am almost newr retirement and then I see these parasites moving from placing to placing shorting and flipping shares with insider information taking zero risk and getting substantial rewards. It isnt right.

I have actually met Richard through our mutual friend I he fully understands the offering here. Never been as enthusiastic about a stock in his life yet still demanded a almost 10% discount. He knows the shares worth and are undervalued. Could of got placing away at current price or a premium but no the greedy locusts must have there discount. It takes the p1ss.

But it is done now and should be the last time. Focus sights on 6000 data in the coming weeks and will all soon forget about this last and hopefully final kick in the balls

Its the placing churn being dumped by the spivs simple as that. Problem is mka haven't even had the decency to limit the amount of spivery. You'll be a while churning these babies on average volumes I feel here and they almost always go under the placing price

Cj62 I didnt say there would be, a nother placing here. I meant that this cohort of "investors" are like a pack of locusts going from stock to stock taking part in placings and forward selling then moving onto, the next one.

Stock tested 50dma and found support, also convenient that this is 63p. Also convenient that this is previous resistance zone now acting hopefully as support.

Stock remains trading above the 200dma and would expect PI's to be filling there boots, here next week. Especially if not "trial paused" RNS or whatever. In a nutshell this looks set for a run now.
