Tell me, what is the point in using these bulletin boards if it isn't to collate others opinions and learn plus share information that could make you or save you money?

Definitely wise to keep up with competitors. For avacta philogen and bicycle the competing PDC companies both have significant disadvantages to Avacta PDC already explained by Christina.

So unless anyone develops a wonder treatment that is 10x cheaper than ADC's and can address 90% of all solid tumours then logic says avacta are in a fantastic position

Every dead cat bounce is the start of a massive new uptrend and a complete 180 turnaround of AFC..

Apart from it isn't. It never is. Price will inevitably drop back to the 10's... nothing will move this sustainable until investors see actual meaningful sales booked into the accounts. Their is no more dumb money out there now or barely any. And serious investors aren't going to pile in based on a Charles Archer article or a frigging LINKEDIN post..

£20 is to cheap to sell an investment here. A true investor would hold for a lot more.

If price breaks above and holds above £16 then I would say its going a lot higher than £20.

JHFH, you want a patient to go public as it'll be fantastic for PR yet you contradict yourself. Thought you didnt care about PR? The belief is strong here amongst the researched it is. Would expect 85p next week around AACR and then maybe a shallow pullback before the build up to science say and our commercial deal. Wouldn't bet against some form of FDA approval landing any time either. Could be out the blue quiet easily. Hope it is

Don't want to sound grim but removing lifetime allowance and if tumours like salivary gland respond by being kept in check rather than shrunk then maybe 6000 becomes an ongoing treatment and SGC is seen as a chronic condition?

Looked back how 6103 performed in vivo and oh my god. To think we are getting an updated set of data released for this next week. Cant wait to see it. It was already stun ing with almost all animals seeing complete durable responses after just 3 doses in a variety of indications. Skies the limit

He should of got the next cohorts underway THEN initiated tech transfer so that while tech transfer was taking place tolerability and efficacy data could be maturing.

Major strategic mistake in a long line of major strategic mistakes. But you cant say anything here about his shortcomings as this is a cult or a religion not a vehicle to return maximum gains for shareholders.

It will never change here until Vlad is removed. Better companies do exist belief it or not

Wow, a balanced post. Yes exactly this but the likes of TraderRicky are desperate to say that anyone with this kind of view is a evil shorter and that we all know this works and is amazing yet it might not work. As dose levels are increased DLTs could easily overwhelm the patient. The odds are that this will fail and that's why the upside is massive for the biotechs that do make it.

Good communications and investor relations coupled with amazing science isnt mutually exclusive. Others manage it, why cant Vlad?

By no means certain though as some posters will have you belief and if vlad doesn't pull his finger out lord knows how much dilution will be suffered before those sunny uplands are reached.

Why can't he, for example, buy a camcorder and start producing cheap but informative investor R&D series. Releasing them every month or so explaining things like what tech transfer is, why its important, what it means for the company, why he chose to do it when he did it etc..

He could produce one on CAR-T and talk about competitors and how HEMO differentiate.

He could and should be updating everyone on CDX/CBR etc...

It costs nothing and would keep a predominately retail investor base happy engaged and buying stock.

His hole approach to investors relations though is "trust me bro". Its pathetic and just another reason why Avacta is head and shoulders above hemo as a investment.

Have a look at there website and there R&D spotlight series, its fantastic. Vlad could EASILY do the same but doesn't. Why?

I dont try and ban positive talk at all. The upside here is enormous if the tech proves itself..it really is. Low share count is also a huge plus for hemo. So far in the p1 trial the safety results have been good and there is early signs of efficacy. This is exactly what you want to see at this stage.

I also think, no actually I know because ive run the numbers and even posted them here, that hemo is undervalued using POS & DCF analysis.

Thats the positives. Unfortunately a lot of you are absolutely stuck with your heads in the clouds and go around claiming the patients are still alive, big farmer are queuing up with blank checks to see vlad etc etc

At this stage you shouldn't have to guess or be confident in how the patience are. You should know. Vlad has the info. It is not protected under NDA as he released same details back in August.

As for preferring Vlad to spend his time networking with partners or whatever come on now get a grip.

Other ceos are managing to network with big farmer, attend multiple conferences, run multiple clinical trials, prepare IND for remainder of their pipeline, launch mini webinars explaining R&D, do interviews with the likes of biotech podcasts, hold science days, report detailed progress updates quarterly, lay out firm roadmaps to clinical and commercial success and the list goes on.

Vlad has treat 3 patients in the past 12 months. How busy do you really think he is networking ? Lmao

Wmsjames your right about ava6000 read through to 6103 but there is an even bigger game changing read through to 6207 and entire pipeline from 6103. The capping group and linker are fundamental to all future pre|CISION drugs.

The FAP targeting dipeptide is proved beyond doubt. We can 100% target FAP and only FAP with this (lucky for us 90% solid tumours express FAP eh ;-)) but if we then prove we can truly modulation multiple payload kinetics through a capping group and linker then that doesnt just blow the doors off... it revolutionises oncology.

I think avacta know already if the capping group and linker work. Indeed they only need to perform a fraction as good as they did in pre clinical setting and sky is the limit.

I rewatched r&d spotlight 13 (thanks B2) and it shows 6000 performed 20x better in the clinic than it did in vivo.

So while I say 6103 only needs to work a fraction as good as it did in-vivo their is every chance it performs MUCH better.

With funding secured until 2027, no CLN to worry about, placees cleared, exceptional data expected from 2 clinical trials which can combined treat over 1m patients coming plus science days, AACR, ASCO amd all the IND work for 6207 and anticipation of commercialisation you would surely expect the SP really goes on a big run now.

I think now piecing it together that CC thought we would get or be invited to apply for BTD/FTD before end of 2025 due to the exceptional results of 6k in SGC and the low barrier to entry but the FDA said, let's work towards removing the lifetime limit and see what this drug can really do. Come back to us in a few months with more data.

At that point we'd more then doubled the Progression free survival of patients but some were still on treatment. I do now firmly believe FTD/BTD comes with data release at a conference (ASCO?) before end H1 and that also unlocks either commercial deal OR some kind of royalty agreement with HCRx arranged through David Bryant.
