An update on the patients would be great but were still in the dark as to whether they are even breathing.

We keep being strung along about CDX/CBR, what is the actual status of these. We need a full and comprehensive update along with plans for how the company plan to monetise and develop them.

So many questions. More questions then answers and fluffy RNS's about nothing. Its high time Vlad got a bloody grip here and started acting like a CEO instead of a scientist or he steps aside into CSO role and employs a commercially/market savvy CEO.

Would we know if we have escalated doses? We used to get updates for each cohort via rns during 6000 trial. I would expect and hope for same during 6103 so likely still no second patient treated yet seems likely

So to answer your question yes they can escalate doses based on no DLT in patient 1.

It'll be a low dose no way CC would of risked going higher initially and cause halt in trial. No need with BOIN design anyway as can escalate rapidly.

Hopefully as 6103 did almost 100-1 tumour plasma ratio and extecan is the most potent top1i then overwhelming the tumour does show some kind of efficacy for the patient. It very well could do.

But for our concern right now it is purely safety and PK data which we assume is positive given mood music from the company. I do think highly unlikely CC would be happy to be nominated for awards and would be boasting about 6103 pre clinical data at AACR if she knew it wasn't working.

Yes, data release for 6000 across all 3 indications and preliminary clinical data from 6103 which we have been told getting 2 drugs in clinical phase is value unlocking inflexion point and proves company is a platform.

I feel we could of dealt by now but that Christina has held off approaches so we can reach this specific milestone as she knows the value of a clinical asset is much more than pre clinical. We'll deal this year for certain

The answer is i dont no. I doubt it. And I agree SP needs to get a wiggle on.

Has there ever been anything like avacta before? Genuine ability to target 90% of solid tumours and threaten the oncology pipeline of multiple big farmer companies?

If there ever has been a company like this before was it listed in AIM where the valuation has been crushed by CLN and hugely discounted placings and poor investor sentiment and at the bottom of a multi year bear market?

I say with certainty the answer is no. So I would not rule out a unprecedented SP gap up and buyout based on unprecedented offering here coupled with absolutely ludicrous valuation.

Most likely is deals will move the needle and next year we get a buyout so a move like pharmacyclics or Trillium where SP does multiples from its lows over a period of time and then sees a 50% or 200% gap up or whatever on the TO approach.

Deal valuations are independent on the aim sentiment assigned share price at the time. Many other companies see premiums of 50% or so because there clinical progress is already baked into the valuation.

There are well known formula big farmers use for Deals it was laid out in prometheus podcast I think. They use peak sales forecasts and discount back, account for chance of success etc...

What they dont do is look at the valuation aim has given the company and then from that decide how much they'll pay.

AVACTA has 100x potential

And its more probable to happen than at hemo

And if both companies do make it then it is also more likely to happen for AVACTA first.

What we have here is very early preliminary data showing that the lowest dose is safe and Tolerable. A great start. Thats it.
