Avacta are presenting data at A MAJOR oncology conference that is set to totally revolutionise the field. Completely turn the ADC landscape on its head.

If the people there with deep pockets get it, this will move quickly as they pile in. Far FAR outbuying what any tinpot traders want to sell on the way up. Avacta hasn't even got started yet.

Today's rns said they will be presenting clinical data for 6103. Take a guess

Enhertu uses a derivative of extecan as the warhead in that adc. Actually extecan is much more permeable and potent than deruxtecan. If avacta can harness the power of extecan then it can basically take enhertu market share, the world's best selling adc owned by AZ/DS. Its slated to bill over 10bn pa from 2030 and it needs cells to express Her2 to actually work and this limits its applicability and total addressable market. Its a true blockbuster in every sense of the world though.

Up comes precision extecan which can target 90% of solid tumours so not relying on expression of specific antigens like her2. It would devour enhertu and knock spots off the entire ADC class off drugs. It really is that big.

Whatever that green box says id explore none of you to respond to it. Otherwise yet another good day and news for avacta becomes about said green box instead.

They will know for sure now if slow release is working. They'll know how its being tolerated and if they have biopsies also then they know a hole lot more.

If they saw any issue, Francis may still do the presentation as it was pre arranged but would CC be releasing the interview she gave and would she be so bullish on X and LinkedIN. Would the company be adding expansion cohorts to the website? Or would they be in a pause phase?

Its not certain but a very reasonable assumption this is working really well. And why wouldn't it not. Ava6000 performed better rin human then animal. Data for 6103 is exceptional in vivo. The hole team have been pretty confident on this for a while. Even starting to develop gen 3 drugs. Their is enough to go on here to make a reasonable assumption that it is working

They have initial data we all know they do so they absolutely no now if the slow release is working right we agree on that. So if it wasn't working, would they STILL be planning expansions and would they be updating there website?

If A6103 was not working and they hadn't seen encouraging signs or even biopsy data then their is zero chance they would of updated the website to add additional indications. Zero. The team know its working and now so do we.
