From what I can see any dilution would be offset buy a huge uplift in share price. I think if we listed on nasdaq there would be a fundraiser at same time and your looking in total at about 25% dilution give or take. But the shares would fly their is no denying that.

Although NASDAQ is a dream its only 1 possibilities. Most likely is that the company gain FDA validation in near future and with that comes a deal from one of the many partnership discussions weve been having. Shares go on a run and eventually company taken over next year. Well never see the NASDAQ.

Digitt I didnt "suddenly" reappear. I was followed to the avacta bored and goaded by Micky after Avacta did a placing.

Over the weekend I only jumped in because people were slating avacta and not even attacking them where they deserve instead making silly uninformed statements so I jumped in.

Today, again, someone has raised avacta. 2 people actually. Ive actually posted about Hemo.

Its ok to be excited about your investment and full of hope but tryna pretend the patients are alive after receiving the lowest dose possible is fantasy stuff. And Vlad only said MRD by standard testing methods. He did not confirm later that the AML had completely cleared through the more advanced and detailed cyto tests meaning to me, the lowest dose just isnt powerful enough and the patients have relapsed again.

It just stands to reason but its not the end of the world, its expected frankly.

If they're not, releasing that news shouldn't affect the SP as it is only p1 safety at the lowest dose. Nobody is expecting miracles though sentiment may hurt a little i would only expect a small drop in share price.

Now, Avacta already know their first drug works AVA6000. their is no IF about it. It works. Your a smart guy and a scientist, if you looked at and took the time to understand the data you would see that and that first drug means not only is the company valuation protected but that the company is undervalued by a long LONG LONG way.

What remains unproven is HOW good the 2nd and 3rd generation of precision drugs are. If they work then you start adding zeros to the end of avactas take over price. Its just a fact. A demonstratable fact.

I dont have anything again HEMO, I think its promising but very early stage. Would love to see a CEO change and some better PR here though. But dont kid yourselves thinking this has more upside because its cheaper OR because its potentially curative.

Valuations are based on future sales forecasts discounted back and takeovers are based on multiples of future sales forecasts. Run the numbers for HEMO and avacta. I have. No one else here has. Avacta upside, even though it is more highly valued than hemo, dwarfs the upside of HEMO. It really does.

And the risk is lower not only because avacta have 4 years of data across multiple indications proving the tech works and the fact they have 2 clinical drug candidates using said technology but because the warheads are ALREADY known to work!!! They've worked for years massively derisking it.

So more upside

And also on a accelerated route to market.

Much sooner than HEMO which to date as only treat 3 patience and has a lot of dose escalation work to do yet which is hopefully done without finding any DLT's and ending the trial and your hopes right there.

JHFH, you are completely wrong and have fallen in love with the idea of a cure. Thats great and I hope HG-CT-1 is a cure.

Secondly you laud HEMO's Mcap as something to be proud of, as if its better because its cheaper. If that were true you just pile all your money into a £1m market cap company and then you can say its 50x cheaper than HEMO therefore its easier to 10 bag or whatever. Avacta is valued higher for a reason but your to in love and blinded by HEMO to even begin to truly understand why. Im hoping not everyone reading here has the same infatuation and are capable of reasoned analysis.

You talk of Avacta going down some long windy route to market as if accelerated pathways are not available when they are and you'll see within weeks as AVA6000 is granted breakthrough therapy designation and is already set up with the FDA's project optimus to move into a pivotal phase 2 trial in Salivary Gland Cancer. A indication that has no standard of care.

Best thing about this of course is that once approved for one indication, basically the drug can be used off label i all other indications where doxorubicin is used and their are billions of pounds per year spent on doxorubicin. So Avacta are on a shortcut to billions in sales and thats just the first drug.

The second drug which uses the same delivery system is much more potent and can target high tens of billions in revenue and its all derisked by the first drug in the clinic ava6000.

I think HEMO has huge potential. Said it a million times. Its why I keep looking in here and reading RNS to see if and when anything material changes that skews the risk reward. It hasn't yet.

With respect, AVACTA tech is not iterative at all. It's a paradigm shift. No other technology in the world can target FAP like avacta can. None. FAP is present in 90% of solid tumors and avacta have a way to wrap drugs, any drug, in a protective coating so that they are completely inert and only once they encounter FAP does the shield collapse and then concentrate 100x of these lethal cancer destroying warheads in the tumor. Sparing the patient and destroying the cancer.

For the first time ever the full potential of chemotherapy warheads can be realised and even some warheads that have failed in the clinic previously like exetecan are back in the clinic being dosed. These drugs were powerful enough to overcome resistance to other topo1i as a monotherapy.

The problem was never the drug. It was the side effects. Avacta have done 2 things with precision.

1. Eliminate side effects

2. Concentrate the drugs in the tumor

It's not just a "bit better" whatsoever.

I can also keep it simple.

Chemo kills cancer, its highly efficacious. The problem is that people have to stop taking it EVEN WHEN ITS WORKING because of the side effects.

Some people cant take it at all because their to fragile and sick.

AVA6000 - Take the side effects away though like avacta have done and deposit 100x more of the drug in the tumor then was previously possible and suddenly it starts to look curative.

AVA6103 - Use more toxic warheads in addition to same benefits as above and it looks curative

AVA6207 Put 2 warheads onto it, a chemotherapy and a Dna damage repair inhibitor and you smash the cancer and stop it coming back - suddenly looks curative

FDA removing the lifetime cumulative maximum dose enabling patients to be treat indefinitely could become curative and if not then treating it as a chronic condition is great for business.

The only thing iterative about avacta is the improvement in each generation of drug. Its a paradigm shift in oncology and for 1/10th the cost of a best in class ADC.

With respect Haywain, you dont know what your talking about. The opportunity at avacta is lost on you and JHFH because your in love with HEMO but there may well be some shrewed frequenters of this bored who want to be rich and see the vastly better risk reward at avacta. Good luck to them i say.

When HEMO was 1,000p, Avacta did a placing at 63p. I said that was good entry then. Today Avacta has Churned through more than 3x the placing volume and price is upto 75p after touching its 1yr high at 82p but now as pulled back.

During same period, HEMO as fallen from around 1,000p to 800p

Im not asking anyone to invest i am suggesting you take a long hard look at them as it is a far superior investment opportunity.

At 330m, Avacta has 100x upside potential without doubt. Just run the numbers or ask nicely and ill provide them. Avacta also has a higher Probability of success given the fact their using warheads already known to work and have been proving this platform in the clinic for over 4 years.

And as a result of the above, they are also MUCH closer to a commercial deal and FURTHER FDA validation than HEMO are.

Its a much better company and its run far better by Christina than Hemo is by Vlad.

Once hemo restarts its trial after circa 7 month hiatus and after its spent the remaining 10+ million pounds required to finish phase 1 assuming that increasing the dose doesnt cause any DLT's then this may become an attractive investment and may do well. Ill give you that. But the upside won't be anywhere near as big or as quick as what will be achieved at Avacta. Not only because avacta is better, yes even with 6% of its market cap worth of debt 😅🙄 but because HEMO need to raise a fortune to keep progressing HG-CT-1 and as we know with hemo, each raise comes with bucket load of warrants otherwise folks with money simply won't invest. Including you.
