Bb11 I agree about efficacy and dose level 1 completely. This looks positive with excellent safety and early signs of efficacy by confirming MRD. I agree with that..what i dont agree with is these lot claiming its a miracle cure and saying they know for sure the patients are alive etc...

With increasing dose strength we are likely to see the preliminary efficacy but this may... MAY lead to experiencing DLT's. We dont know yet but these lot want to pretend like we do.

Also, the share price tells you a lot. Let's see how it reacts tomorrow. As confirmation but last 2 days have not been exactly great have they

How do you marry the above statement from the company up with the "we know it works and the 3 patients are all still alive its a miracle" brigade?.

They are hoping that increasing the dose will lead preliminary efficacy emerging. Thats what it says in black and white.

Overall I thought it was a good solid report. It was good they didn't have a going concern statement also but that lends credence to the fact they were over a barrel and had these so called "institutions" naming their entry price. As opposed to the "wow how did vlad pull off this AMAZING raise" brigade.

Now with accounts released, funding sorted and trial hopefully about to restart we should see a steady uplift here. It will make a nice trade for sure.

But facts are facts. They clearly aren't seeing the efficacy you lot have been saying/expecting and that also explains why big farmer aren't banging the door down and why Vlad couldn't get a licence deal over the line.

1. PFS data for SGC - likely to be this

2. Confirmation 6103 working as designed - explosive if its this

3. FDA validation - could be this and would again be a major event

Price almost certain to rise in anticipation as nobody will want to risk being out for the "announcements" plural.

Insane value here with Saudi assets given zero book value.
