I said earlier the interaction with the 200dma would be important. If it finds some strength were heading to at least 1000p and if not and it closes below then it'll be low 400's... maybe 300's in my view just looking at the technicals.

Seems most people aren't in love and completely biased. This raise clearly means HEMO are nowhere near commercialisation and it also means they are not sat on data showing P1 has survived for 14 months.

As price crashes below the 200dma on high volume its not looking so amazing to me.

Tomorrow marks 1 month until ASCO start. Likely Avacta cut the data here and start preparing the presentation.

It's a 33% discount is what it is. Anyway regardless its a decent entry now with the cash in the bank price sat at the 200dma and injections likely to restart shortly.

This is why I said about avacta at 63p which annoyed me but its 20% up now and placing churned through almost 4x over. Cashed up until well into next year.

You mistakenly think Clad cares about, os aware of or actively tries to manage shareholders diluti.

He doesn't. Never has. Never will.

He just wants HG-CT-1 to work and come to market. If shareholders dont make a return its not his problem.

Other CEO's at better companies dont behave like this. Other companies do exist and they do have bigger upside and less risk.

Nemet exactly correct. I keep highlighting Vlad is a scientist and should be sidelined to CSO role. He's totally incapable of making business decisions that protect shareholders.

If this does work do we really trust him to get the big deal negotiating with the likes of LILY and do we trust him not to have diluted us to oblivion in the meantime. Which he already has to a significant extent.

I say us because I bought shares this morning and am now a long term share holder again. A honest one though that calls it how he sees it..isnt in love or overexposed or heavily underwater like most here.

JHFH spends his entire life being surprised by HEMO because he talks with confidence but hasn't got a clue really.

I remember him telling us all the previous plethora of warrants were all forward sold which I pointed out couldn't be true and the to his total suprise it turns out he was wrong. Again.

The guy is consistently wrong. Like a mate who is bad at gambling. If only you did the opposite of him each time you'd be a multi millionaire.

Now JHFH is bearish on Avacta and bullish on HEMO. Seems like a screaming buy signal for avacta to me.

And I say that haven't taken a few chunks here this morning near the low points for a trade with a very tight stop. No doubt this will bounce soon when the injections start and you lot get overexcited again.

Let me be clear i think this is good news.

I just dont think it needs to be overhyped as 'amazing' as if Vlad as pulled off some master negotiation. In March people were paying 1200 for the shares. Today they are issuing shares at 800p meaning placees will realise a nice 50% gain before those who bought in March brake even.

Doesn't seem fair and if Vlad really is sat on data showing p1 and the others are still alive i think he'd have raised at a premium or would be dealing with BP now.

Their has been yet again a heavy discount but the positive take away is no warrants which I would not expect to see any more.

My gut feel is that if Vlad was sat on a known and proven curarive treatment for rr AML, he would either be doing a deal now with big farmer OR he would be raising at a premium.

not issuing warrants is bare minimum id expect here given they are sat on a curative treatment for rr aml. really they should be raising at a premium but a small improvement is better than nothing.

share price is down over 15% in the past month alone and lord knows how far below its high as recent ago as q4 2025 so let's not go pretending this is amazing.

on balance, a better raise than all previous raises and whoever it is backing hemo must be confident in what they are seeing so far or what vlad is telling them anyway. no warrants is a plus.

overall positive. let's not go claiming its amazing though as it is yet again more dilution for shareholders and a 15% discount to anyone who brought last month

£3m is not to be sniffed at either although company do need a LOT more to be fair.

I didnt think their was a discount but price has slid 15% this past month so thats your discount there.
