Daz, we have oil, we have gas, we have coal. We have more than enough fossil fuels to be energy independent. You say 2 months of global supply as if we'd be supplying the entire globe lol
We have enough to make a difference to the oil price.

Regarding hydrogen im not arguing against it. Im all for it but it is not needed desperately. We dont need to rush out and all transition to hydrogen in a rush.
Also, you are completely wrong about the carbon emissions and environmental impact of producing here in the UK and compared to somewhere abroad where they aren't held to the same high standards we are. Hence why they can and do make it cheaper then sell it to us at a inflated cost because weve choked off our own supply relying on globalisation
