To be fair hemo seem to be able to raise necessary funds from supportive HNWI which avoids bucket shop discounts. That said these HNWI are still demanding warrants each time and in last prospectus HEMO confirmed they needed circa £15m minimum just to progress HG-CT-1 so the answer is the money is coming in the form of dilution. If the treatment works that is probably the best option as it avoids giving up a % of future sales here.

I think AVACTA haven't applied for it as they are very cautious. Every step derisks the next I remember Christina saying in multiple occasions. If they applied and was rejected that would look amateurish and probably spooked the market.
