I did add small amount recently with John saying acceleration of revenue and will add more once the business has properly turned around. If it turns around.

6103 uses Extecan for its payload, a close relative of deruxtecan. Deruxtecan used in the ADC Enhertu and is highly emetogenic meaning it has a very high risk of causing acute sickness within the first 24 hours after dosing but also up to days later it can be experienced.

Avacta will know if 6103 therefore is being tolerated better than Enhertu. Their is much that can be learned actually early doors and CC seems confident .

Now I realise after sitting on painful losses here that their are simply better opportunities out there right now and its amazing what selling some of your shares does to you psychologically. It enables you to see things much more clearly. Longer you leave it tho the harder it gets.

Happy having dead money here for a year or more and risk of further dilutive placing in the HOPE John's turn around plan works. Fine. But admit to yourself its a gamble and not a strategy.

Other stocks do exist like yes avacta for one and kefi gold even for another.. they'll both multibag before this even looks like doubling from here. Thats the reality. Do some research what have you got to loose?

Ade, you know the answer, you know what to do but your anchoring to the entry price you paid and so psychologically it's extremely difficult.

My advice is either leave these in the middle draw and forget about them and go research some other stocks.

Nothing material will happen here to the share price in a sustainable fashion until 2027. Pops drops and trading ops that's all.

If you do research other companies now using your time wisely you will be ready to invest all your AFC profits in them in a few years

Or alternatively you'll realise there are better opportunities out there right now and you'll bite the bullet and switch out

Ceasefire will take time to come into affect especially as Iranian communications have been obliterated. Would expect a gradual de escalation in that region however it has zero impact on Avacta. Not like were dependent on any feedstock from that region or doing any business their or anything. It shouldn't affect us either way but maybe sentiment will play a part here and like you say see us rise.

What ive posted infact what others have posted about AFC's saviour speedy hire is factually correct. If they do go bust what happens as we have outsourced our entry into the construction sector to them. The company is struggling big time.

Speedy hire currently trading near alltime lows of 17 from highs of over 350 in there latest update said this

"Speedy stated that although it had anticipated a continuation of "subdued market conditions" for the remainder of FY26, market conditions had actually worsened through the fourth quarter - with both uncertainty around the UK Budget in November and recent geopolitical events in the Middle East. Speedy noted that it had also seen "certain customer led delays"."

I am not saying i want speedy OR afc to fail but unlike others I am a realist and this much lauded partner in speedy are struggling big time.

Again as I repeatedly say their is a lot that is out of John's control. What are these "customers led delays"? Again as I have said multiple times the UK construction sector is on its knees and likely CAPEX will be cut or delayed.

Whether you lot like it or not, upgrading diesel generators foe hydrogen fuel cells just isn't going to be top of anyone's priority. In 2027 we'll have an idea if the business has STARTED to turn around.

In the meantime other UK stocks do exist and are in uptrends and much better positioned for SP re-rates this year. Avacta being one of them.

Speedy continues on this trajectory and it will go bust. Not great is it for AFC

What i want to no is how come Myles has not tweeted about this since before the nightmare placing. All he is doing is gushing over avacta.

It seems to me hes made excellent money here . Ramped it to within a inch of his life and now is back into his number 1 investment avacta. To be fair the upside and probability of success their eclipses anything else so I get it but still he could have some words for mka investors at least say goodbye as he leaves yall holding his shares while he walks away with your cash

And zero interest in the stock. Why? Even at current placing price.

22m now traded since the placing so in my experience I would estimate the placing shares are all now just about flipped.

Wyn was panicking that the SP was going to race ahead soon as market opened and wanted in at cheapest possible price so he spent the bank holiday weekend sewing doubt and spreading FUD.

We are 1 week into a pivotal trial which will redefine what is possible in the oncology arena. Trial seemingly going well and major conferences coming up. Plenty other things, too discuss, rather than wyn

About 20m traded hands now since the placing. I posted previously that we'll need just over this amount to flush out the flippers. A lot of you said they would not flip for pennies but clearly they are.

Of the 15m shares issued I estimate 10m will be flipped and it'll take just over 2x that volume to clear them. Usually does in my, experience.

Bottom line is, we look likely to clear them this week and then price is free to move unhindered

Because people buying now have much less risk. The risk reward is better for them.

Placees still need to churn but no reason for this to fall below 63p placing price. Suspect placees who not interested in long term will sell shares to investors wanting to use there isa allowance and we trade sideways maybe slightly up depending on volumes.

Next week you would expect with no further news on 6103 and more understanding of how patient or patients are doing by then that there will be a decent uptick in anticipation of AACR the week after. Great time to be adding great opportunity here. My average 52p but held a while now. Almost jealous of those getting to buy at this price with the amount off information they have

So I guess trial going ok with no safety concerns.

Avacta must know now whether the drug is showing initial signs of working. Incredible.
