Last year's 10p raise had to be talked up by John remember. He did a great job doing this but instituons wanted a BIIIG discount. They will have been given certain assurances of newsflow enabling them to exit for a profit.

AFC has undoubtedly made a lot of progress this past year I agree but so has Avacta and regardless they just raised at 63p, 10% discount to price at the time. 63p was last raise price also so when raising money you can almost forget fundamental progress and look purely at the current share price then discount from there.

I think AFC will do ok this year but the progress won't be seen until 2026 accounts. This is when serious investors will take positions.

Daz, you clearly haven't looked at Avacta. They dont have a new drug for a start so you can throw your 1 in 10k away.

You realise they have found a way to make EXISTING drugs inert right? And that they only then reactivate once INSIDE the tumour.

Since your in the sector you'll know that their technology is applicable to almost ALL solid tumours and that its been proven over the past recent years of clinical trials.

Theyre in the verge of greatness and that was the last placing. Ever. Now is probably the perfect time.to. do.some research on them. Especially as theirs nothing going on here material and thats not a dig it's just a fact how I see it

Im happy to answer genuine questions no worries.

In short I knew the company needed money but expected it to come from monetising one of the assets OR a small placing AFTER major data catalysts which are due in next few weeks. So it has surprised me.

That being said, I expected the inflexion point for avacta was the last fundraise in 2025 so id jumped in heavy then. Always knowing there was a small risk of one more small placing should trials take longer then expected etc..

Bringing it back to AFC I belief they will reach there inflexion point after the next fundraise and thats when id average down heavily. Even in the knowledge there is potential for further dilution after this, the risk reward is worth it.

With avacta the raise was minimal despite being oversubscribed, 2 directors brought shares 1 as much as half a million pound worth and the discount was less than 10% so I can live with that and you see terms get better the closer to the actual inflexion point that you get. I thought avacta was their last time now I am sure it is there.

Afc will get there too if John's turn around plan works chucking money at this right now though is just gambling IMV. Hoping it works out.

Jade, all buys are cells an vice versa. Volume and price tell you there is overwhelming cell pressure here and strong down momentum. Be very wary i can see this ending in tears for the overexposed I really can. Not the slam dunk some will have you belief but good luck

Harry has absolutely destroyed sentiment here at worse possible time with gold currently right off its highs. Spivs will be flipping theee at anything over 1.2p which will see us pinned back for a long time. Then we run the risk of Harry doing additional discounted placings for more exploration or whatever. Where the right strategy is to get TK up and running then use money from that. Im so fecking annoyed with this right now. Harry needs to go.

But I thought this was worth bazilions and listing on the nasdaq for more than the big 7 combined. What's up?

CN/Alittlebitmore you need to understand that JV's, letters of intent, memorandum of understanding, LinkedIn posts, hints towards partners and deals just won't cut it anymore. Investors are fatigued with this. All it will.do is cause pops and drops and trading ops.

Sales are what is needed to move valuation significantly and permanently. We know this year they will be quite lacklustre hence the sell off. If all.goes well they will pick up from next year.

Stop obsessing over this and use your time to research other shares, go for a walk or spend time.with your family.

Placees already flipping which is fine and expected but this needs to be the last discounted raise here..if the potential is what we all belief it to be then that has to be the last time anyone gets in at a discount. They should be lucky to get the volumes in at market price in future. Nuff said.

10p about to brake. Timing a investment is important. Despite what people say. Getting in at the inflexion point or after what should be the last placing is best time ive found to invest in companies. I think afc has one more discounted placing in it and then if John's plans are going well and macro improves then this would be a great time.to invest.

Other shares do exist

Yeah nobody likes dilution but 3% is FA really.is it and appears now to be last one. Better than living up 20% of a multi-billion drug. And the warrants. Annoying but at least they have a 12month lock in period and avacta will be sold by that point.

Given volumes at avacta and mutual shareholder base it would not surprise me if people are dumping this and buying avacta so still got further to fall here by looks of it.

Its been 4yrs Ice. We already have enough data for a deal.

Timster forgive, me for believing the CEO had a deal up her sleave and that we had a platform worth billions and multiple different ways to slice it up and generate income as opposed to yet MORE dilution and with warrants as well this time. Takes the p1ss. Like kefi still an amazing multibagging opportunity but unnecessarily difficult to make good money from.

CN, TA is available to all. Just open a chart pal. Have a look for yourself. Price tells you exactly what is happening. Not what some polish webinar says, not all the ramps and deramps on various bulletin boards... Just read the pure TA and see for yourself exactly what is happening.

Im afraid AFC at this rate is headed to 8p and I just hope AFC dont then need to do a raise with SP at that level as the raise will be at 5p.

8p zone looks like to me where this will head to so 20% lower them here roughly.

Or look at it another way, buying at 8p would give 25% return if it got back to today's price.

I'm really bearish short term here be careful guys. Ignore what is said and follow price action as that tells the real story

Not over reacting just p*used off with insiders always demanding discounts while us retail punters have to do it the hard way with endless research and technical analysis. RH filled his boots with 500k worth at a price he has basically chosen right before all these data catalysts. He can fk off far as im concerned. I know someone that knows him as well so ill be ensuring he gets, the message.

I wasn't uber ramping before I just wrongly believed Christina again that deals were imminent. Were the fk are they?? Long past due now.

Price Will of course drop below 63p and all the spivs will be flipping the stock holding us here when we should be marching on and raising at a higher price or preferably making a bludy DEAL.
