Whilst I can't say you are wrong or right, that is now as much of a jump as the other poster saying they are all alive.

I'm not getting into an argument regarding this just wanted to say I can't agree on what you are now saying is a certainty.

Pumpky - we won't be able to see the report as it will contain patient details and company IP.

Alde - unfortunately, I agree with you.

It doesn't specifically state that the patients are still alive to date. Only that they managed to get the data they have which also doesn't even imply that they are still alive.

That would have been great to hear or even something stating remission would have been even better.

I mean the above for the patients and investors alike.

Not sure how many of you look at technicals but there is a fair value gap that looks like it will get filled before we get a leg back up.

£10.30 to £12.10.

Likely to hit around £10.60 based on peak that intersects it.

Had my notification to vote and just wondered what people's thoughts were on the pre-emption rights?

I don't necessarily think I would put more money in anyway but they are asking us to waive our right to be offered the new share allotment before the open market.

I assume this is so they can just raise the capital quicker due to deadlines but not sure.

I am so down on this investment I kind of am not that bothered about this financially any longer. That said, getting a ROI would be great.

When I say excellent news, I am thinking more for the current and future patients.

This could potentially give people another shot at LIFE.

Matched facilities such as this tend to be very illiquid in my opinion so it probably wouldn't really benefit too much unless an investor was really desperate to sell up at big losses and even then, wouldn't necessarily get a match for the sell.

GLA weather you decide to sell before deadline or hold for any future potential. Have a great weekend.

I'd like to ask why they aren't looking at a dual listing if current funding isnt an issue, rather than close and then relist (maybe) on an American Market.

This would give investors more confidence they won't lose everything as it appears there is no guarantee of ever relisting.

Also JP Jenkins tends to be very illiquid so hardly likely to be able to trade so why should this be considered helpful?

Seems very much to me like a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.

I would have much more confidence if Mr Roach also said something along the lines of:

"I have full confidence in what we are doing and I have written in a clause whereby I will not retake my loan to prem for x years or until we reach x profitability."

Without this, I see this as partially just George being able to ensure his circa 1 mil is safe regardless of what happens to Prem and some of us loyal shareholders.

Unfortunately, I am having difficulty believing I should vote for in regards res 2.

I mean many have argued incompetent in the past, which personally I don't believe. Maybe there is people that could have done better and also many that could have done worse.

So you haven't explained enough for the layman in terms of grit etc getting in bearings in spite of your knowledge? For all invested that aren't engineers or have knowledge of:

Jenko is correct that you would spec components for the job. As an example, bearings would be specced as 2RS which means 2 rubber seals. On the inner and outer sides and therefore not susceptible to ingress. Or could even be a ZZ which is a metal dust cover(but stainless steel does rust, just at a lesser rate and dependent on grade).

My issue is that you @Jenko, profess to know what is needed but don't seem to realise that the climate is a massive factor in sourcing materials.

PREM is also not covered by restrictive new laws, so any buyer can ship out unrefined lithium — a privilege that will not be afforded to any future explorers.

Thats what I am looking at too. I actually have a buy order in for 1.9 to get back in. Hopefully don't miss it as I still have faith in this flying. Just want the discounted price if it gets there. I have openly said that I sold and the reasons why. I'm only a small holder (was) so really not affecting any bigger players on here.
I'm not a trader but I don't have the capital to amass a substantial holding without having made a bit and buying on a drop.
