Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Hi Acker.
Seems very much to me like a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.
I would have much more confidence if Mr Roach also said something along the lines of:
"I have full confidence in what we are doing and I have written in a clause whereby I will not retake my loan to prem for x years or until we reach x profitability."
Without this, I see this as partially just George being able to ensure his circa 1 mil is safe regardless of what happens to Prem and some of us loyal shareholders.
Unfortunately, I am having difficulty believing I should vote for in regards res 2.
@El - Sorry but shafting shareholders? How many shares does Mr G Roach have again?
I mean many have argued incompetent in the past, which personally I don't believe. Maybe there is people that could have done better and also many that could have done worse.
But; shafting shareholders? Give your head a shake.

Hi Jenko.
So you haven't explained enough for the layman in terms of grit etc getting in bearings in spite of your knowledge? For all invested that aren't engineers or have knowledge of:
Jenko is correct that you would spec components for the job. As an example, bearings would be specced as 2RS which means 2 rubber seals. On the inner and outer sides and therefore not susceptible to ingress. Or could even be a ZZ which is a metal dust cover(but stainless steel does rust, just at a lesser rate and dependent on grade).
My issue is that you @Jenko, profess to know what is needed but don't seem to realise that the climate is a massive factor in sourcing materials.
You mean twitchy hopefully.
If its itchy you may need to go to the Dr's?😢
Hi JC.
Same on ii
I'm not getting too excited though.

Brilliant find. One thing I hadn't realised was the "grandfather rights" existing had which makes us even more attractive...
PREM is also not covered by restrictive new laws, so any buyer can ship out unrefined lithium — a privilege that will not be afforded to any future explorers.
@dhub
Dont know why but your post just reminded me of The League of Gentlemen.
Trip to Lon, Don.
Lines and lines and lines.
Don't worry Tubs, they won't get far!
@updown.
Thats what I am looking at too. I actually have a buy order in for 1.9 to get back in. Hopefully don't miss it as I still have faith in this flying. Just want the discounted price if it gets there. I have openly said that I sold and the reasons why. I'm only a small holder (was) so really not affecting any bigger players on here.
I'm not a trader but I don't have the capital to amass a substantial holding without having made a bit and buying on a drop.

@Mystery
Thanks for posting. Good spot.
Still just a waiting game at the moment then but at least we know it isn't dead in the water yet.
Got to agree Pedro.
No sign of anything else so they probably aren't even really looking at it.
April or bust!

I do rate your posts but I will say that I did sell and explain my own reasoning why. Please bear in mind I am only a relatively small holder (was).
I personally still have a lot of faith that this will be worth pounds in years to come, but...
Traveller (I think his name was) pointed out when we had a big rise that there was a fvg left. Now whilst I asked at the time, how well fvg was held on small cap shares as I don't necessarily believe they are that strong, with the dilution and drop to current level it would make sense for the market to pull to fill order blocks.
Therefore I feel there is a good chance that the market "could" retrace to said gap and allow me to double my holding at no extra cost.
Stupid? Remains to be seen.
Foolhardy? Definitely, as I believe the safer bet would have been to just leave as I am positive it will fly eventually.
That being said, it is a risk I have decided I am happy to take.
Risk mitigation : unless this absolutely flies with now warning, I can still buy more shares than I had before at no extra cost.
GLA that hold and topped up. I hope to join you again soon. Peace
@Manutd
Everyone seemed surprised by the fact we didn't rise but I really don't see why.
It was a foregone conclusion of what the results would be as it was the 3rd of 3 with the first two going really smooth.
Therefore the RNS felt more of a formality to me.
This post isn't trying to be negative and I am fully invested long term as this is more of a retirement fund stock for me with only a quarter million stocks. This will be a hold until ready to retire and by then if all goes well, it would be ridiculously high. Yes I am thinking pounds not pence. Science will have to work and be commercial for that.

Hi All. I have these in my ii isa account. Normally during the trading day, they show as zero value but today have a price.
Are we relisted without announcement?
What are your accounts showing?
Come on VS.
Let's have some more update this week and get us lth get even more F ING excited!
Good luck to us all this week.
Nice little holiday for Brad.
I am now getting cynical. Hope this doesn't end up a lifestyle Co.
We had no RNS about direction but announcement BT is going to IPEM.
Can't say as I am too happy.
Does this mean we don't have any clue (as a company) what we will do going forward?
Sorry for negativity at the start of the week. I just don't get what value this adds without an idea of direction first.
Also, does this mean no RTO with Livento?
Ignore last post as maths massively off. Maybe penny to pound conversion in that case? Times 100?
I'm guessing so take with a pinch of salt.
That is exactly 10% so maybe only allocate 10% of total to be traded at a time?
Thanks traveller.
I guess that would mean a good tp1 around 5 to 6 for you then?
@traveller
How likely you think SMC concepts and the fvg would hold true?
It isn’t like forex so nowhere near the money involved. Just asking as I don’t know how well fvg is respected on small cap shares?
