Thetruthgb of course companies like this are valued on futures but you need some handle on what those futures will be. And by futures I mean futures sales.

So its legitimate to ask what this years projected sales is likely to be. I have 1.5m from the LC30 sales, assuming they are achieved and booked before 31st October which is incredibly unlikely but im being generous.

Then what other revenues can we expect. Not profits but revenues?

Their has to he some kind of sensible way to value this otherwise its a bubble that will just pop again

Forgive me but I just don't understand how this valuation is not only sustainable without at least £8m in sales this year but really REALLY dont understand how a lot of you are considering it cheap and expect it to rise. It reminds me of the hydrogen hype a few years back when I first invested here. I got more then a little carried away and it all ended in tears as it so often does.

Hpow need to justify there valuation with strong sales otherwise it can easily and likely will see another almighty shareprice collapse.

I know for certain institutions wont be paying 17p per share when Hpow need another cash injection and as John himself said by Sep next year they'll need either a STRONG order book or a placing to keep going.

JHFH with respect I think you interpret everything as a bullish sign. The fact the board have just helped themselves to these makes the likelihood of any imminent commercial deal highly unlikely.

It does show they are expecting the share price to be above 800p at some point though 😅

Realistically it would need to be a lot higher before they exercise as the moment they start selling it will spook the market so would expect to see these actually exercised unless SP around 1600p. They can then claim its to fund the kids college funds or whatever they want can't they. Unless youre right and they just want to hold for a buyout but lets be real that isnt coming this year

Hi Lostapound ill say what I think regardless of my current trading position because I dont think anything said on these boards has any effect.

The share grab was an ABSOLUTE p1ss take, no sugar coating it from me. 20% of company they took for years of destroying investor wealth. Zero risk, now exposed to all the upside and their not even tied to performance targets. A total screwing for shareholders and you and others are right to be angry. It wont be Vlads last shafting for you long term holders either im sure. All he has done is blunder on everything... apart from, perhaps... the actual science (to be confirmed).

Your also right their is no selling or buying pressure on the shares.

That said, doesnt mean this wont bounce, at least in the short term and it *could* be quite a bounce. Despite the lack of volume have you noticed price is now slowly drifting up? Momentum is also rising. With funds secured, at least for short term, annual accounts and report out, tech transfer finally complete, FDA clearance on dose escalation and pediatric start, one would imagine the next RNS will be something more material from Estonia (unlikely as i think thats a nothing burger but i could be wrong) or its news the trial has started again. Either of those sends the shares UP...

Bottom line is now is not the time to be moaning, either shut up or sell up. Its done and if you play your cards right you can make quite a bit of money on next bounce. Last time I was bullish on HEMO it 10 bagged within 2 or 3 weeks. I'm bullish on them now. Seems technically and fundamentally ready.

The 200dma is rolling over and price has broken through the 50, 100 & 200dma (commonly known as the bull/bear line). Strong downward momentum with RSI at 46 and going lower. Sell candle size increasing whilst volume reduces indicating total lack of any desire to buy shares.

Market makers will hunt for liquidity, think they'll find it sub 40p.

Thats my view. So on a fundamental basis if their is a placing to top up offers since the acquisition or to help fund NASDAQ or whatever then they'd be better doing it now then waiting for a sub 40p price to then start looking for a bucket shop

As i said before it appears the downward pressure is over and once again momentum starting to build. I am trading this for transparency but doesnt make me wrong in my view that this looks to go higher short term. Stop below recent low point and lets ride this next wave, see where it goes.

Im looking at price action primarily. Doesn't look great. So next question is given all these lofty sky high valuations and ramping why is price not rising then I come to the conclusion that MLA are consuming cash, generating only miniscule revenue, and depending on future financing, government support, and successful execution across multiple ambitious projects which seems a tall order.

Company planning to also list on the NASDAQ so lot of plates spinning and lot of cash needed which I think is what is holding this back. I suggest price action informs you another discounted raise is inbound to fund NASDAQ or to top up the coffers following latest acquisition.
