Nobody likes a placing so let's be real. Especially when Harry explicitly said the additional money would come from onboarding additional streamers. Placing at a cheaper price to the last one yet fundamentals improved so that doesnt sit right and then hes gone and raised way more than is required. Harry's position is untenable. He's misled us and has to resign.

That being said, the fundamentals stack up, we are finally there now and despite the pullback in gold it's still way above our breakeven price and has structural reasons to go even higher so I will be averaging down today based on fundamentals and not emotion. Still bitterly p*ssed off though as I feel this raise is unnecessary

Agree. For me, previous metals increases will put up costs of our units and lifecycle cost will also increase with ammonia costs naturally. Add in that UK construction is on its backside plus economy at real risk of stagnation and the macro picture is really bearish for AFC.

Despite John's good work, 85% costs reduction, bring komatsu onboard etc there is plenty outside his control. Its why afc is not the slam dunk CN insists it is.

Personally I like having money in biotech/oncology because its not affected by diesel prices or precious metals or anything. Good science gets bought out. Always does. Someone asked why I was so bullish on avacta the other day and in a macro environment like this I hope they now start to understand. Their is always going to be demans for cancer treatments and its a bipartisan issue. Worth looking at while waiting to see if the turnaround here ever manifests in the accounts - 2027 mid

Its not just ammonia doubling in price it is metals which are on a tear. Not great really is it. But CN has this as a slam dunk....

But we need MATERIAL sales just to justify the current 120m market cap. And then for company to grow we need visibility of these sales growing substantially and a pathway to profitability. Until then its just going to be arguments here in between pops, drops and trading ops.

2027. Ive been saying this since Q3 2025 and being laughed at. As Q1 2026 comes to an end I wonder now how many are starting to see it my way. More than in Q3 2025 and a lot less than in Q3 2026 is my guess.

Q2/Q3 2027 is when this will become investable. Jump in on the back of big money taking a slice. Your gambling/wasting your time before that

AVCT is NOW at the inflexion point with enough data and confirmation in talks with Novartis. They will either sign a major commercial deal or be bought out within a few months and the stock will rerate massively such is the inherent value in the IP. Im certain of that.

So im not waiting 10 - 15 yrs for a new drug.

AFC are not at the inflexion point yet. Once they achieve material sales AND demonstrate a robust CONTRACTED orderbook then AFC will be at their inflexion point and ill be going heavy on them. If they get there of course.

Timing is important with investments. Not buying at the bottom but buying at the inflexion points for the very best risk/reward. Avacta and kefi as well both massively derisked and at their inflexion points. Afc isn't. Thats the way I see it.

And tbf ive not mentioned avacta for a while now but while were on the topic I would encourage a serious look under the hood for anyone slightly interested. They'll revolutionise oncology, same as afc will revolutionise off grid storage.

It's all future potential. Thats all its ever been. Looking forward to the day when we can say there is hot demand for AFC products, the world has started the transition to hydrogen at pace.

Can happen anytime really. Plenty of the big players are drowning in cash right now so what to do with it. KEFI looks a great M&A target. Good or bad. Depends. Good because its going to make holders a very nice return but bad because that return won't be as good as it would holding through to full production. If you can take the profits from an early buyout and invest elsewhere though then you could make even more than holding here long term. Either way, you make money at kefi which is great

Main problem I see is one completely out of John's control and that's the UK construction market being on its knees. Stagnation looks a real possibility and therefore even companies which have diesel generators near end of life will simply delay the CAPEX to replace them. This is crucial as were is the demand going to come from.

Right now afc can only target UK market as the cost model only works here. With hydrocarbons far cheaper in middle east and america etc then they are in the UK im afraid afc simply will not be able to sell into those markets. Not for foreseeable anyway.

Then you have the issue of convincing construction sites to try the fuel cells. OK you can sell them on being cleaner and costing the same as diesel (maybe) but its still NEW technology and unknown risks to these sites as opposed to tried and tested diesel.

CN thinks with a 1 dimensional brain and talks as if this is a slam dunk. It quite simply isn't. Its early stage, promising tech but a LONG road ahead. Lot of work to do. 2027 will be the best time to look in and see if the turnaround plan is STARTING to work. Meanwhile, other shares do exist.

Never fall in love with a company, or a CEO as CN seemingly has. These things should only be instruments for us to make financial gains

10p placees have all sold out, stock falling back and 10p support no longer exists. CE mark by August and pitiful sales from September on top of cracker redesign mandate from S&P partner who STILL remains a mystery just isnt going to be sufficient to protect the £120m valuation.

No amount of LinkedIN posts are going to change that, only material and rapidly growing SALES will.

They won't be here until 2027 at the earliest.

Afc have a great ceo and potentially great product. Lot of work to do though. At 126m market cap their is a lot baked into this and they cant afford any delays...

Ive been invested since 2019 ish from memory. Still have shares although their worth a fraction of what I paid for them. I even added recently when John released the RNS talking of accelerating revenues. At the time the SP was improving so I admit I got a little excited and averaged down a touch. Against my better judgement as now inevitably those shares are at a loss.

I stick by my comment the company won't be delivering substantial revenues until 2027 at the earliest and its still far from guaranteed. Profits are even further in the future.

SP now breaking down through the 200dma so going the wrong way. Again.

You might not like what I say here but doesnt make it wrong.

With a normal blockbuster drug focusing on a specific target let's say for example Her2 then various companies will look at the peak sales and see if it fits into their pipeline then decide to or not to make a bid. Fine.

But as precision is applicable to 90% of solid tumours AND AML then every big pharma have drugs either already approved or in the pipeline which are at risk from precision. For them it doesnt even have to be about looking at a new drug and seeing if it fits in then making a bid its about how much of their existing revenues are going to be at risk.

The odds on a bidding war are so much higher for precision than any other standard new drug for this reason and the fact there are xxxbn of patents expiring within the next few years.

Sitting pretty here. Avacta seem confidently assured also.

AstraZeneca and Daiichi will be particularly concerned about their blockbuster Enhertu which uses an inferior ADC biologic delivery and less efficacious warhead in deruxtecan. 6103 effectively renders their blockbuster obsolete. Cant imagine they would not be watching this like hawks...

Were currently subsiding costs for speedy so if they still dont show significant uptake that will be disappointing
