OK, so I've watched the rest.

Summary overall. Business stable, being cautious, preserving cash. DIversification is propping up revenues eg Refresh business growing, single occupancy housing hotels etc. This will be good in due course when traditional market recovers. This is still constrained by high gilt rates whose drop last year has been reversed by Iran. Cash wont be used for share buy backs, dividends return when appropriate. Remedials progressing gradually.

So for me anyway, its not a worry still a buying opportunity at the price but even with an end to Iran it's gonna take a while.

Anyone else who watched add anything else/correct me on anything?

I’ve been out so didn’t listen and haven't had time to yet. Based on share price performance I’m going to hazard a guess that it wasn’t particularly inspiring.

Tomorrow at 1330-1430. Hopefully they will flesh out the cladding issue a bit more.

Simply Wall Street beginning to like this now, showing a 70p fair value albeit that may come from the house broker...
