I don’t think you have anything to worry about here. It’s drifting on extremely small volume as most investors wait for the next catalyst. Other than the Medicaid issue in New York, it’s seems the company are on the up and up with a lot of positive news due, so the drop appears to be an overreaction. Also don’t read too much into the CFO leaving, he’s leaving on good terms to take a leadership position (long overdue) at an oncology company and remains a small shareholder in STX.

It seems to be a little volatile atm for Sheild. Im invested and hoping for a improvement with the share price.

Im mot a professional trader and invested in Shield after looking into the company and its approvals and pending approvals in other countries .

With the reaction to the last rns and CEF moving on. Can I ask opinions if others believe this company can still be a success and drive forward.

That doesn't make sense to me because I have applied the 19% to April, which sits outside the Q1 seasonality zone. Beyond April, we cannot safely assume that the 19% still applies because efforts to further increase sales in NY alongside wider growth plans aren't guaranteed, and there is no proof that additional growth there is any easier to come by than in other states or through other commercial plans.

April should be maximum pain, be it that the 19% is only a mean rule as opposed to a guaranteed share, but again, only if STX were chasing more prescriptions there, which we don't know yet.

But as a guide, the 19% of total April sales (roughly 3,080) is a good enough guide to what the maximum pain is and what would need to be replaced if they cannot process any Medicaid prescriptions moving forward, which is highly unlikely. I hope what I have written makes sense.

It isn't just about risk for me, more about opportunity cost. The sp has gone nowhere in 3 years. The very definition of dead money. I'm not a trader and prepared to wait a long time but my patience is not endless.
