Persimmon Share Price (PSN)

I think I'd have a slightly different view to Executioner. Looking at the charts I'd suggest that in the short term the trend line is downward, so in the next couple of weeks it's as likely, if not more likely, to head towards the £10 mark, but that at some point that trend line will change (a proper end to the war could bring that inflection point) and it will head higher very quickly as the fundamentals are mostly aligning towards a much higher valuation, in my opinion.

Fair enough point & if the war restarts it could go down a little but shouldn’t have that much effect since it’s already declined?

I think the war will now have no further impact especially with the positive economic news earlier this week. I think it will be above £11 by next week.

Guys , trying to park my cash here long term but might be a 5% chance I need some of the cash in a couple of weeks or so but unlikely.

I know this price has been kind of bobbling around this range, slightly lower and slightly higher around 10.72 ish , but where do we see this going in the next few weeks as well, just to gather an idea that things can stay fairly stable so I have an out if needed at near break even ish?

In my opinion this is a strong buy, so ideally I see this rerating once the war is finished longer term anyway.

Bought more on the dip this morning. Short term up and down really doesn't bother me. I'm here for dividends in 10 years. This price is a gift.
