Crafty, appreciate the post. Most PIs have 9 to 5 jobs and cannot take time off to attend. We should expect market sensitive information to be made public by a limited company and in the modern era, an online Q&A is easy to arrange and better for the environment.

Sadly your post also smells of Jam tomorrow. We PIs have heard nothing but promised land ...Just round the corner, for years.

My holding is all in an ISA envelope. I wasn't given an option to buy into ingenuity. All I know was the transaction was meant to increase value of my holding, for not having ingenuity. This turned out to be a con. Looking a con artist in the eye, makes you more likely, not less, to lose objectivity.

Excellent summary. I agree, anyone can gather customer loyalty and volume of sales, by discount selling. The CoI for me is the big issue that will prevent thg from ever flourishing like it should.

Demerger was a classic con artist trick. Made it look like PIs were getting a good deal, when the opposite was happening.

Anyhow, we are here. I have taken this dip as an opportunity to reduce my average. I am still 25% down, so remain regretful for getting into this share. Hopefully, vat refund and global conflict reducing will provide sufficient tailwinds for me to exit at parity. One day Rodney....

Even the lethargic EU has got its act together in curtailing this backdoor advantage for China. How long before the UK plucks up the courage to do the same? Its late already!

UT isn't an individual trade but a summation ending of the price at closing once all trading is accounted for.

However, a large UT at the top of the day range is very promising indeed. Very nice.

Net debt and inventory higher than last year, but every other key metric is improving. Let's hope an asset or two can be sold to reduce debt going forward.

I don't share the doom chat here. TW has a good land bank. UK has a housing shortage. Sooner or later, there will be incentives to build. It also gets the economy moving. Im accumulating steadily and have now exited by oil stock to buy into house building shares. Cycling of markets. Time will tell if this was wise. Atb
