The whole lot of them should hang their heads in shame. Milking investors to give themselves a cushy wage and a project lifestyle. These clowns aint got a clue. Insider trading the lot of them . Crooks and spin.

The justification is clear "to progress the project" you also need a certain amount of liquidity after 12 months on the ASX market.....

Hopefully the presentation will advise that some of the milestones have been brought forward in light of the placing. At least this will give some justification to the timing of the placing and subsequent hit to the sp.

The majority of "investors" not "traders" are unhappy with the share price and are heavily underwater. The line about raising capital to proceed the project at low levels dilutes for everyone and maybe investors have been burnt once too often... The broker is also culpable in bringing in hot money that wasn't needed and saw any gains from the CEOL and PFS wiped out by 10% of the share capital being dropped on the market in a few weeks. The only upside to the current raise is it is higher by 1p than the last raise that is it 6p vs 5p). The question now is what discount to current price will the ASX investors want?? This will drag the price lower again....

Wasn't the problem with the ASX listing largely caused by the SP at the time - which subsequently led to the 2-for-1 share merge. That one is probably more down to the advisors but in any case the Board is very different now.

Still can't understand why, if you are unhappy with the dilution and price being paid for the shares, you don't take up the same deal through the retail offer.
