I reckon its a barrel of pickled herrings ( red ones) and they put the pallets on to stop the cat eating them all after they have all gone to the pub, but I could be wide of the mark

I'm looking at 3 blue barrels here, non are acid, all hazardous.

Could be as simple as an old hydrolic oil barol used for the drilling equipment.

Could be anything.

But it's likely not just a barrel of acid sat there as a pallet stand.

But I'm sane, so who pays attention to that, when bat shut crazy is highly recommended
