No great surprises here although the FY27 forecast might be a concern. Meanwhile the distribution has been confirmed with dividend yield of 5.25% and a buyback level which will, all things being equal, contribute to a 5.5% EPS growth.

The consultation with major shareholders will have been months ago now and would have involved the major institutional shareholders rather than retail investors. Hardly relevant to any recent SP movements.

Here were are being led to expect a loss in 26HY2 were it not for 1m in cost savings so I'm left wondering where have all the previously undeclared profits disappeared to.

For me the numbers simply don't add up which leads me to believe this is an attempt at lowballing to set a low bar for Exec bonuses.

Almost half way done if they are intending to fully divest. Certainly worth keeping an eye on for signs that they have stopped.

And yet SQZ remains highly profitable doing what it is currently doing. Making good use of tax losses is one way to mitigate the current tax environment and the latter can only improve from here despite the political backdrop which only points to doom and gloom.

The next week might be bullish but I'm more confident in the next 6-12 months.
