Alpha Real Share Price (ARTL)

Not happy about this. I loved acquiring these shares at dirt cheap prices for great assets like the three travelodge properties and the direct lending portfolio.

I’m sick of impatient boards cancelling shares listings because of persistent discounts to NAV. I hope the shareholders vote against this.

The proceeds of the Loan will be applied contemporaneously with the refinancing of the existing senior debt for a new five year senior debt facility.
