Anemoi Interna. Share Price (AMOI)

I’ve always used London stock exchange website RNS alerts but they are decommissioning 20th of June. What does other people use? That’s free for live R.N. S update updates via text message or email? I’ve tried stock stopwatch but for some reason this company’s ticker doesn’t come up. Can somebody remind me? Is this main market?

The appointment follows the company’s April 14 announcement regarding the proposed transaction with Trasna Group. Canaccord Genuity will facilitate the transfer process and manage fundraising efforts connected to the acquisition.

According to a press release statement, Duncan Soukup, Chairman of Anemoi, said the board is pleased with the appointment and looks forward to working with Trasna’s team. He noted that Trasna’s order backlog has increased from $98 million at the start of the year to $140 million currently.

The company stated it intends to secure advanced subscription funding ahead of the transaction’s completion to support Trasna’s growth, with terms to be agreed.
