The HY Results are not looking promising.

Edward Seaton you are correct as It has been altered on Companies House. It was previously listing him as a Director at the time of my note.

I still stand by my other comments which may be reflected by the continued price drop.

No, Companies House very specifically has Miles Ingrey-Counter listed as Company Secretary, not as a Director.

The AB Dynamics PLC website also lists him specifically as Company Secretary but not a Director. Because he definitely isn't a Director.

It is a growing business, both organically and by acquisition. It's last purchase was 22 months ago.

The current share price is a strong multiple of profit, reflecting an expectation of future growth. Market cap is well in excess of net assets.

It is not the fault of the Directors if the share price got ahead of itself. They have doubled profit in the last 5 years, and done nothing to deserve your scorn.

So I really don't see what your problem is?

Company House does have him down in both roles, as Company Secretary and Director. It's not the biggest of issues but perhaps its indicative of the boards attention to detail that is more of a concern.

Also cash in the bank is fine as a war chest, but the lack of acquisitions and perhaps a bit of diversity away from the automotive sector is more of a concern. The company can't live in the past and just seems to lack direction, which is probably reflected in the share price.
