StraightAIM, yeah I thought the same with France, it can't be doing better than Germany last year, can it?! Lol. If it is that would be huge news. Comparison very bullish though with its expansion.

DIS sold paying off all debt would be with gross debt is at $170m. They believe they will also have cash left over. A sale for $180m the bare minimum would be zero debt and cash/cash equivalents of $90m. It's very likely to be more than that though as Micheal has previously stated.

Positive noises on Comparison - not clear if the France comment was including or (presumably) excluding the existing German business. Really feel that this should be communicated by RNS, rather than sloppily worded interview, if the segment is significantly outperforming.

DIS - more vague comments about potential valuation. I'm increasingly concerned that this is going to be sold for far less than anticipated. Anything sub $200m would be a disaster in my view.

Refinancing - should hear within "a few weeks". This will clear some of the overhang on the shares, and makes it far more likely that we'll get better value for DIS. The NY visit is likely related to this you would think.

Search - Somewhat positive sounding comments but the lack of attention suggests that it's still barley break even. I'm giving this zero value for now and treating any upside as a bonus.

Hopefully some good news coming over the next weeks and months.

Thus confirms to me that TIG is being broken up and will be gone in a year or two. It’s the only way Kestrel and others can realise value. That means we should pay more attention than usual to brokers’ sum of the parts calculations, they’re not background information they’re the roadmap.

DIS can clear debt but I wouldn't take there will be much left over. His hesitancy was noticeable and I don't think that was only down to it being in negotoation. Watch them get scr@wed, and holders.
