I listened to the AGM and Michael Reidl didn't seem particularly comfortable. Maybe he was expecting some tough questions or he was concerned about his re-election. Just hope he's not stringing us along about the recovery in the Search side of the business.

I'm also not overly impressed with the Chairman Ian McDonald. There were no questions from the room nor online but he sarcastically thanked all those present for the lack of questions. Unnecessary.

He then had to read out the resolutions and one number was non sensical. Clearly hadn't prepared properly.

Still, we had an additional buy back approved for upto 10% of the share capital so should help going forward.

We should also get a q1 trading update mid May too.

Royde received the lowest vote to re-elect of all the BOD at about 80.5%.

Some bigger holders probably voted against as I doubt that figure is down to PI's.

To me, it looks like some think Kestrel are a blocker to sale of the company with excess influence and voted a protest ???

And agreed to buy back more shares

Any thoughts on the 635k trade on Friday...? I haven't seen one of those since the dark days of the t/o offers falling over alongside a heavily reduced guidance statement. At least the sp is going in the right direction. Problem of course is we have no idea wtf is going on here, and I get the feeling neither do mgt. Let's hope for some good news for once from our clown bod.
