Offer needs to be made by end of tomorrow and is not guaranteed to occur or that if it does on the published terms.

Time also counting down for any alternative approaches to be made.

Doubt it will make a difference but there is a chance to LTIP awards (that vest immediately on the take-over) impact the final price negatively.

Two weeks will be taken for Christmas so if there is a gate-crasher they need to move soon. Hexagon or Trimble or Bentley or Precisely vs VertiGis. It's hard to think any of the large shareholders are overjoyed unless they think the future will be weaker than management have hinted at, or more costly. Didn't they burn a few after a presentation last year then delivered weakly?
