Corryvreckan1's comment that Brett Skelly was the non-executive Chairman was absolutely correct. That was confirmed in the last paragraph of the 2022 Annual report. Thank you for the clarification.

Right that just leaves me to say how appreciative I have been been of all the posts over many years, regardless of whether I agree or disagree with them. By presenting comment in the correct way, we all have the opportunity to learn.

We are now officially Imaging Biometrics with the ticker code IBAI. Many congratulations to Paladin who has posted the first message on the new IBAI thread.

This is a new beginning in more ways than one. Whilst patients will remain the greatest recipient of the great work undertaken by Imaging Biometrics, it is to be hoped that ALL shareholders will be thought of in the same way as those major shareholders. After all, their support is critical to the future development of the company.

Brett is the non-Executive Chairman, having replaced Dr Qu Li in that role in 2021.

Also note from the Annual Report:

"Appraisal of Non-Executive Directors

The Chief Executive normally carries out an annual formal appraisal of the performance of the Non-Executive Directors which takes into account the objectives set in the previous year and the individual’s performance in the fulfilment of these objectives. However, given the CEO is the only Executive Director, a formal annual appraisal of the Chief Executive is carried out by the Non-Executive Chairman. All the appraisals of the Non-Executive Directors are provided to the Remuneration Committee."

So as I indicated before it's all a bit 'circular' within a small group of people, but necessarily so.
