However all boards of directors have to take all serious offers and then present them to the shareholders, it would then still be up to the shareholders to vote on whether to accept or reject the 3rd party offer, at least that has been the case with all other offers I have seen to take over companies in the UK.

To be honest, I've never been convinced that the ASX listing will change much. I know others seem this as important though.

The CEOL ratification will likely be by target for a good bounce and exit point

I too thought the presentation was very positive. Clearly loads of interest from potential strategic partners. The only negative for me is that they would consider a complete buy out of the project. Whist they did note that this isn’t there preferred option but it would be considered.

Well I think the presentation was very positive for the company and the stock, certainly the mention of CATL as one of the interested partners gives and idea of the scale and scope of the players that have been looking at the prospective opportunity here. The expectation for the ratification of the CEOL in July '26 and the listing on the ASX in September '26 are both likely to catalysts for the stock price, GLTA :-)

Sadly, those who invested at the outset are unlikely to ever recover their losses.

Of course, timing is key with any investment, but people who saw the potential at the beginning always seem to get royally shafted with these massive diluting raises at ever decreasing prices.

Good luck to all investors, but for me, the aim will be to pick the right time to exit and use the loss to offset against gains elsewhere.

Which expected news event is likely to be the best catalyst, I wonder?

Averaging down and participating in these raises again and again when you have too much exposure in the space already is not worth the risk for me.

I do wish the company well and hope it is successful in it's endeavours.
