18:04 - I don't think the Retail Offer has yet been put into the systems of most of the brokers but I believe you will find Daniels email on their website or on a lot of the RNS's the company has released if you need it.

17:36 - not sure where you got the idea the compressor would be online at the beginning of June but if you have such an undertaking would be happy to see it? Only date I heard officially was that the company was targetting the compressor to be online in Q2, so this for me means we can expect results to only hit the Q3 results, unless anyone has an better info on this? :-)

09:07 - sounding very positive for the Pipeline Bill, seems more senators are seeing the poisitives now and I think it's good they have this focused session as it will really let them feel the sentiment from the constituents, which I understand it 75% for the Alaska Pipeline project, voters will be heard on this :-)

06:21 - this article is a) relating to the issuing of CEOLs not the ratification, b) was written 9 days before the new government took office on a mandate of simplifying and speeding up the CEOL process and c) it is clear from the article the new government is highly focused on growing dramatically Lithium production in Chile. From the article I think this section says a lot;

‘review the background of the contracts to ensure that their granting complies with the current legal framework and with the conditions required to develop this strategic mineral while fostering the industry for the benefit of the country.’

As we have already had the CEOL granted this news piece is interesting background but does not talk to the current stage of ratification, just my thoughts, thnx for sharing :-)

15:31 - so you are saying Q2, that is literally only June left, so no more than 30 days, sounds super close to me too :-)

12:19 - as an exploration oriented company I believe 88E just was to prove up resources and drill exploratory well to confirm commercial properties, they will then farm this out to a company that wants to commercial develop the project, so in terms of timescale the first window for 88E is the winter season in Alaska and they have said they are looking for a partner in Q3 to drill in Q1. Once this is complete then they will seek to offload (if it is commercial) the project to a full blown producer and we may take a lump sum or sell down our ownership and retain some percentage. So for 88E they would not have to wait 2 years something could easily kick them into high gear in the next 12 months :-)

11:37 - hardly a nightmare share, they had a setback with the CEOL process but this is now resolve, we close to the finish line of ratification, then you can happily move onto the next thing on your list, likely the ASX listing (and no that doesn't mean the shares are delivered to you by kangaroo :-)

17:34 - so good then that the 2 new Legacy wells mean we are good for the coming interest payments, and even better there will be another to Legacy wells drilled for free to TXP in FY26 Q3, which should give us another boost, also the compressor is now in final testing phase and has been power up, ready for commissioning to complete in June 2026, nice :-)
