16:18 - not seen anyone at CTL looking smug, maybe I missed that, I understand that these raises on AIM are normal but that doesn't mean I like them, what I do like is CTL make a Retail Offer to those that still want to maintain their holding and I believe that with the ASX Dual Listing and the seeking of the Strategic Partner this will be in all likelihood the last but no one can be 100% :-)

Or it's just government processes take as long as they take, the recent conference call it was confirmation the CTL is in touch with the Ministry of Mining and the Ministry of Mining is in touch with the Comptroller who is leading the ratification, all are in communication and all are in discussions about the final ratification. Bottom line is this is the first CEOL under the new government Lithium Plan and everyone wants to make sure it is right and it is legal for the next 40 years of it's term, that is all I believe, watch this space :-)

21:20 - agreed, I don't believe anyone here celebrated war but I don't think that means no one celebrated higher O&G prices, the 2 are not correlated in my view. Higher O&G prices just meant TXP had some of the pressure on the company removed and in my view the temporary reduction in the O&G prices due to the announcing of Americas pointless war with Iran ending will be just that, once it is announced I believe the true dynamics of the O&G pricing will come into play, reality is that the recovery of capability and production will likely take 12-18 months to bring back to full capability during a time when a lot of reserves like the SPR will have to be rebuilt, this will certainly hold O&G prices higher for longer, just reality of production...

23:23 - while this and the house finance committee transit were smooth sailing, I think the final step will be the most tricky one, I absolutely expect the bill to pass but I am sure those against will want to eek out a few more percent for the Alaskan State on Monday, having said that I think the ideal bill is one that pleases no one but everyone is happy to put behind them, compromise. Here's to the bill passing early next week then we can all celebrate :-)

House Finance passed the gasline bill out of committee 11-0. It now heads to the full House on Friday. If and when the House passes the bill, it will go to the Senate. They are scheduled to meet on Monday. The special session ends on June 19
