07:22 - looks like AJ Bell have confirmed the error in the Corpate Action notification, they are going to issue a revised Corporate Action as soon as the team can confirm the correct dates, as below from AJ Bell;

Please be advised, the relevant team have confirmed that the event was released in error with the incorrect expiry date. The warrants expire on 13/02/29, we will release an update urgently making shareholders aware.

Exciting times, lots happening in the background of T&T O&G world and with CR3 & FY25 Results about to drop, could be a fun week or two :-)

13:05 - exactly, don't need so much patience with the final sign off and confirmation of the CEOL about to drop and the PFS coming out in the next 2 weeks, it's the best spring I have had in years :-)

10:15 - well thanks, I am certainly no day or algo trader, I am a buy an opportunity and hold until delivery or incoming obvious failure scenario type shareholder. I have other holdings, so CTL is only around 20% of my holdings but holding it is a positive thing in life, potentially producing Lithium without damaging the environment but a little is a big things for me, as is the involvement and prospective benefits to the local communities. Very few stocks offer any kind of positive social element, which leads me to hold out on this one more than maybe I would have with other stocks :-)

20:26 - seemingly you have no feedback either :-) The annual report said nothing new for those following the company for a long time. I imagine there will be feedback once something new is issued, but please share with us your feedback on the Annual Report?

20:52 - I believe this was an error in the dates of the Corporate Action by AJ Bell, I have messaged them to confirm, will update if I hear any news :-)

14:54 - what happened to 11p, give that some love too :-)

14:41 - in terms of where the idea for the 19th March for the FY25 & Q4 release came from it was based on last year similar RNS at the same time of year, tho RNS's for these sorts of things can move around 1-2 weeks based on many factors, in this case we obviously have a lot more uncertainties than normal due to the issues in the Middle East, so I believe this delay relates to that and reviewing statements in the RNS relating to FY26 activities and costs :-)

18:06 - for the interested investor all sides of the argument should be weighted to ignore the negative is wrong but equally to ignore the positive is wrong, GLTA to all tomorrow :-)

16:09 - the company needed the cash to ensure they bought the leases that got them thru to getting the signed CEOL, so in those terms there was no option but £1M is peanuts in comparison to the asset here, roll on the PFS so we can stop focusing on this piddling overhang :-)

06:23 - not me, they were engaged by the company under terms, they performed their function, of course they should be paid until their exit from the company, it’s only right :-)

17:28 - 5M sales means 5M buys, on a 10M share day we would still be up on a 20M share day we would still be up a lot, not sure we will really notice these sales as they are unlikely to happen on any one day :-)

16:58 - they have already sold 7M, so not too worries that they sell the other 5M, on a rise that would be eaten up easily, lets see where we are by the PFS :-)

15:57 - to be fair to those Directors they were meant to be paid but agreed to accept shares instead to keep CTL cash reserves up, potentially meaning there is less chance of dilution, so while it's some extra shares in the market, these directore will potentially understand the CTL potential better than many retail investors, they also issued the offering shares too, which we should see later in the month :-)

Believe we will get Q4 and Full Year 2025 results tomorrow and we are hoping to hear some initial rates for the new CR3 well, good luck to all :-)
