Balfour Beatty PLC posted solid full-year results for 2025, supported by strong demand across its key infrastructure markets and disciplined operational execution. Sp target is 823 for the weekly outside price bar and 863, already mentioned in my September 2025 comment about the quarterly chart. Breakout above 2 month sideways sp congestion supports the higher price scenario.DYOR.

The weekly outside(high greater than previously bar high and low less than previous bar low) bar of 11/8/25, implies future sp target of 658, calculated as outside bar range X 2, added to outside bar high.

The quarterly outside bar for the 3 months April-June 2025, implies future sp target of 863.3, using same calculation method, described in first paragraph. The quarterly price bar was also a bullish liquidity grab as confirmed by the low which printed below the previous low.

Momentum in the charts is positive as defined by the Macd indicator trending upward in all timeframes. Also RSI(relative strength index) is above 50 in all timeframes, which is defined as upward trending status. DYOR.

Last few months the RNS's keep announcing share buy backs most days. Will do wonders for the share price and dividends. It's a great way to spend surplus cash.
