As a shareholder, I haven't received any email update from the company or from HL. I have emailed them but still waiting. Are they normally good at responding?

Yeah - I remember Caribbean - he got me in here back along and pleased that he did.

In OMI as well Mackay and that has also sparked into life as well.

Time to hold with both these for a good return - it is always tempting to sell when in profit but WHY when they are both on their way now and bigger buyers will be along quite soon.

I'd liken it to a self imposed voluntary suspension whilst progressing matters various matters including the 'target'.

Also interested to hear that it is hoped AUM could be 1bn rising to 2bn by the end of the year. Feasible?

Also, I think the main statement early on, and repeated in response to some of the questions at the end, was that they wanted to be able to see a market cap of at least 150M and consolidation to achieve a higher SP when relisting, because it was felt that top tier investors would not consider 'penny stocks'. Understandable.

He did thank PI's though which was good to hear.

Relisting is dependent on this progress and I am guessing that one might be looking at about 6 months from now - everything often takes longer than expected or quoted.

I bought here a bit prematurely I'm afraid so I have some catching up to do but have been thinking of averaging down some whilst it is down here.

Very much a strong buy at this level.

Last few months the RNS's keep announcing share buy backs most days. Will do wonders for the share price and dividends. It's a great way to spend surplus cash.

Expect the GM to be held mid/late August maybe then when everyone is away on holiday.

I wonder if HL will give me notice of that or maybe I need to chase them nearer the time as sometimes happens.

Hi Ricardo, thank you for your reply - appreciated. I did read that the BoD were not happy with share price but can't trawl for that statement again.

I didn't get on investor call as I have been in hospital and just trying to get up to speed on what has transpired since.

I was interested to know if the investor call gave any indication of the BoD's definition of near future in their statement "intend to relist in the near future".

Yep seems like at last there is money to be made here and still holding for the good times ahead. It is a slow grind at times but should be worth it.

Well, I am still here and reading the scant information. Like most I suppose, I am left wondering why a company seemingly doing well and picking up more AUM suddenly decides to delist because the BOD don't seem to be happy with the SP - as indeed neither are we but not to the point of delisting and basically cancelling our investment. A company fails for whatever reason is understandable but this is a big toad to swallow.

Haven't looked in here for a while and it is good to see that positive things are happening. Still under water yet but it seems to be on the march.

See the big spenders were out in force first thing this morning.

As a long term holder I have watched this slowly sag lower and lower wondering when a worth while deal might be struck and also a lift in the SP.

Been a long time waiting and hadn't really bothered looking in much but great to see some of the regular faithful still posting here.

It sometimes takes a while for companies/products like this to get off the ground but I always thought ITX had the right product line at the right time. Another winner for me - eventually. Patience often pays.

I am just presuming that there has to some formal approval for this otherwise ever AIM would be considering this move to help themselves to shareholder value. It is not as though the company has been struggling... they haven't paid a dividend - advertised as a growth stock and has greatly increased the assets under management so I don't see the justification or rationale for delisting. Their reasons are very weak - many companies are suffering far worse as a result of geopolitical landscape since Russia's incursion.

I am a bit perplexed here as only a year or so ago they were trumpeting about making acquisitions of additional business and growing customer base.

Despite that the SP continued to sag.

Any thoughts on how the vote will go because presumably shareholders have to. Rather like turkeys voting for Christmas.

If it is approved, then presumably we still hold shares but they will never be worth anything. Is that a realistic view??

Yep same for me about 7 years ago around 4p though so a lot of ground to make up now. I did think back then that progress would be quicker and better.

Been waiting here about 6 years now - and it was the same price then.

Can't stay like this when everything is looking quite good really. Difficult to understand why it hasn't performed better.

Begs the question - did they really need the consolidation?

I recognise your gentlemanly words. Not sure if it was from ODX a while back, or maybe from another share perhaps.

TBH I don't take too much notice but look in fairly regularly and used to put the odd character in the green coffin. Anyone know where St Tropez is peddling his wares these days?
