Adriatic Metal. Share Price (ADT1)

Has anyone had their DPM shares credited to their account yet? I got the cash element on Sep 17 but nothing so far on the shares, just a left-over entry for Adriatic currently showing a 100% loss!

Has anyone identified the lock in term for the DPM shares received? In the recent offer it was suggested that selling the shares (once received) may result in the need to pay DPM some transaction fee. This has to realistically have a timeframe attached to it but I haven't found it.

Yesterday DPM closed, I believe, around 23.98 Canadian dollars (£2.08) so, atm offer would be worth around £3.01.

Any explanation for the current share price… Is this now trading over 168 as the Dundee shares we get as part of the t/o will be worth more? Or is this just speculation that another improved offer is incoming??

The sad truth is shareholders need to vote against these things to stop them happening. On my last low ball takeover bid I noticed less than 50% of shareholders voted so these things need to change to avoid constant hollowing out by others. It can be done MPE managed to garner shareholder support to reject an £8 bid when the price was £6. A couple of years later the price is now over £10. Shareholders and boards should look to make themselves more accountable. I would also like board members to declare what positions or benefits they have been offered by takeover companies (conflicts of interest).
