What a gift! No sign of major delays or issues, only slight changes to timeline. I view this as less risk than yesterday pre RNS, so can’t fathom the sp drop. Must be some impatient traders, I’m happy to take advantage and wait for the good news to roll in.
Agree on that 1 liner it sounds like they don’t want to off load it and rate it in same bracket as RC and WH. However if acquisition not completed till 4th quarter surely we could be waiting till this time next yr before things are any clearer..?
Asked IG to send me certificates and got this reply… Anyone have a clue what Remat is and why do I have to wait till after the stock is delisted??
“I have received feedback from our transfers team regarding your query.
They have noted that unfortunately certificates can't be issued before the delisting deadline. Once the deadline passes, you can send us a Remat request to get the share certificate.”
Thanks, interesting that digital ‘broker to Tabys’ transfer is under development. My shares are with IG who are trying to charge me £40 to sell! Reason given is MM are no longer publishing a sell price so sales can’t be done online and require a telephone deal to be made via one of their Premier Acc Managers… hence the high charge. IG are not giving the option to issue share certs.
If a digital transfer is in the pipeline I may just hold.
Agreed. Business model of using production to offset exploration was part of the attraction. Loans at 12% or giving away equity like in the Ocean deal needs justification. Supposed to have been producing (low) for over 6 months, how much cash has that brought in?
So good news, we plan on selling some gold, albeit only 6000oz, and this is for 2024-2025, but should pay some bills.
However we are giving Ocean 500,000 warrants at .55c (32.95p) for facilitating. Value of facilitating est at least $150,000 or 19% of gold sale. Seems steep. Gal Director Omland is CFO of Ocean. Hmmm.
Also PofG sales is capped at $1775, I believe gold price could be much higher by 2024.
Would like some guidance on how many total oz’s they’ll be producing 2024-2025 so we know what % is already spoken for with this deal.
Any other thoughts?
Not sure about the name. Does Ecora stand for Eco Royalty Aquisitions? Or were they just desperate to get the word Eco into our name. Not clear in the RNS. Can’t see this being positive for the sp, just makes company an obscure name no-ones ever heard of.
Agreed, minor delays to be expected. The gold isn’t going anywhere so just sit tight.
Positive news re engineering plans to improve 2023 production, I like the forward thinking.
Expect SP to drift down for a few weeks now anyway.
