So a 32% discount to NAV based on end of month figures, though today’s market rises will have increased that. Decent basket of companies here and some activity buying pre ipo where I wouldn’t usually be able to exposure. Hardly any posts here suggests unloved and hence undervalued. Happy to accumulate.

Couldn’t pass up the sub 1k opportunity so bought in today. Crazy how gold ‘down’ at $4600 is seen by market as weak! Altyn is literally printing $$ at these prices and is a bargain as things stand now however crucially they’ll be able to cover the capex for planned 2x of production. Yes we may drift lower but accumulate and hold for the medium term is the game here.

Dilution.

Lots of talk about the problem and the vision. Very little on how his business model operates, how they plan to scale it and the finances.

Any explanation for the current share price… Is this now trading over 168 as the Dundee shares we get as part of the t/o will be worth more? Or is this just speculation that another improved offer is incoming??

I see the AGM resulted in continuation for at least another year- What now? If the discount widens again to 20% we’re in for a rough few weeks.

Yes thanks Jedwood, valid points. I’ve been a holder for around 7yrs and often pondered if just holding a few of the larger liquid companies would have had the same result, avoiding the mngmt fees. The annual share offerings at previous yr prices have been a nice bonus. If the fund was wound up would be get the full NAV value returned to us minus some admin fees? If so I’d think the discount would narrow considerably if it looked likely to happen.

Are we expecting a trading update before full end of year results? (Last year we got one on 23Feb)

Russia’s oil production hasn’t dropped, they’ve just been selling it to different countries- China and India have been taking up the slack. I wonder if the US going after Iran next as they’ve suggested they will is more likely to have an impact on prices.

Overall a very positive update with no signs of further problems as the sp and short position would suggest. Still see this drifting till the Op update on 23/9 and webinar but if no further issues emerge and nameplate achieved then this is a bargain price.

What a gift! No sign of major delays or issues, only slight changes to timeline. I view this as less risk than yesterday pre RNS, so can’t fathom the sp drop. Must be some impatient traders, I’m happy to take advantage and wait for the good news to roll in.

Fingers crossed we have a leak and a positive news is imminent.
