I wish I had opted for the cash-exit option

I sold out of this fund this week as it's a load of junk. It plummeted a year after I bought it, and it's done nothing ever since.

The move to an OEIC was completely pointless and defeats the purpose of the original investment. The ongoing charges were too high in the OEIC.

For those opting for cash proceeds on liquidation, how close will we get per share to the final trading days NAV of £15.35 I wonder? How I wish I'd sold on day of announcement!

I seem to be the only one here but in case there is another regards for 2026. I have almost convinced myself that this and Fundsmith have run their race. The Ft, Dow, S&P, Nasdaq etc have hit the highs but but these two funds have been marking time. If there is any light at the end of the tunnel feel free to convince me. Where to put the proceeds of a sale is also problematic.

It's being converted from closed ended investment vehicle to an open ended one.

The price will traded on NAV rather than the market sentiment. The size fund it then expand or contract on daily basis rather than a fixed number of shares being in circulation.

The debate which is better open or closed has gone on for many decades, each one has its own advantages and disadvantages.
