Staff incentivised warrants at 8.5 and 10p
The company either anticipated a rising share price, as the assets developed , which seems unlikely as that would be placing a market cap of 85m on project fundamentals for 10p prior to a BR sale.
Or they clearly expect a BR sale to happen with staff incentivised with those options to achieve it as they are performance targeted, and not primarily to increase working capital.
Would that mean further raising of funds is not deemed necessary as is expected that income will support future working capital?
There is the matter of £4m missed from expired 6.5p warrants that looked as though it would have covered expense’s to get BR to the point saleable.
Any guesses on strategy to do that now?
"do wonder who is selling at current prices"
If you mean today, nearly all were buys but showed at sells.
Over the last few weeks or so there has not been much volume so hardly anyone is selling , or indeed buying. Those that are selling are probably distressed sellers who have to (unexpected bill) or those that think another punt will move quicker than this in the very short term.
They maybe right.
I'm still confident sp will be nearer 3p than 2p by end of year due to FB income being confirmed in an RNS
"I hope those private thank you messages are not all from Ma Baker to Ma Baker "
I'm sure they are not. They are probably to Ma Baker from Bauhaus, Dani and twinkle3 over at ADFIN :)
(Calm down Dani -Just joking !!)
Not after any ticks but do wonder who is selling at current prices. The China recovery story looking like a no show at the moment but Manica is producing gold so hardly as if XTR going bust. A year ago we were talking about a cash call and the share price was much higher.
Colin was promoting KEN on a Roast podcast at the weekend. He still sounds optimistic even if the mood across the AIM bulletin boards quite depressing. Hopefully June will bring in some cheer.
Thanks Ben 'owell.. Wisieowl ..
For the record, as well as few tick ups ever, I've never had a private message thanking me for my posting here or elsewhere .. so you're making me look less good now Ma Baker :-( (Btw I hope those private thank you messages are not all from Ma Baker to Ma Baker ?! )
Ps: Going early to get in ahead of Ben 'Owell : I wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend.
Ironically I’m not looking for ticks, I’m just expressing my opinion.
And if I have to SPELL it out to you the spelling is CONTRIBUTOR.
What you think is substance in your posts isn’t, it’s gibberish in the main.
I know you mean well but you ARE confrontational.
Don't worry NTM, you'll always get a tick up from me, especially if you mention not being out o'er the weekend! Generally seem quite a level headed poster. You may be onto something about the number of ticks on AIM, but that may have something to do with the overall AIM market performing so badly at the moment...
I count 10 more than 5 ticks ups now Ma Baker.. and no ticks up for you post, alas..
Generally, have any of your posts here ever had a tick up here, I wonder. ..not that it concerns you I'll guess !
(I get very few ticks up on my posts here and widely as a rule, in fairness.. but you make the few I do get look 'ok' all of a sudden ...so thanks for that :-)...PS: My line to myself is the more tick ups I get on LSE BB's the more money I generally lose on AIM.. so I don't feel bad with few tick ups ...... indeed you might even think you'll crack the AIM game off the back of so few tick ups; when the vast majority of players who get lots of tick ups fail at it in whatever shape or form, in my experience ! ...and you are of course as entitled to your opinion as the next person is theirs.... and a good BB is a broad church.. etc.. )
Who's stalking who ?
My antagonist post even more ?????
As you scroll back you see it was YOU who stuck their sniffer in and called several posters posts DRIVEL !
So hardly stalking, more like retortiNG !!!! get IT !?!?!
When you show me one of yours with substance I'll probably gasp in AMAZEMENT !!!??? !!
WINK WINK
ThATs CodE dontchaknow !
JEZZOO
The JEZZOO on here.
Well as theprice dops to levels not seen in a long while, i shall continue to add a few more shares. Right now i sit on an average of .036p. Any upside will see me in the blue quite quickly. Let's go with the saying " in for a penny in for a pound". Affordabilty is a must when considering of course. Most transactions today are buys for sure 1.5p are all buys as mine appears as a sale.
Drivel ??
Your posts are the very epitome of drivel MaTwinkle !
Looks like all buys today apart from:
1.45 x 100k and 1.5 x 50k sells
So 1.8m buys v 0.15 m sells. As far as I can make out.
It is andrew 😉
Looks like a 1.25M buy ?
at 1.5p I assume its a buy?
Oh good
And its showing as sell, what a shock!
Time for this puppy to bounce back soon, happy with this buy.....
Thank you, your order has been executed:
Bought 263399 XTR - XTRACT RESOURCES ORD GBP0.0002 at a price of 1.515p
The suggestion that a chairman's guidance should play no part in the decision to buy, sell or hold shares in a public quoted company is quite bizarre.
Jezzoo, whole point is you are not misled, except by your own naivety. And you just keep repeating this same drivel again and again. But your too blind to see this so I won’t waste any more time on it
BustyLusty : So you're happy to whinge about not being happy with others whingeing about being misled, but not whingeing about being misled is OK ?
Got it.
And I do take responsibility for my investments. Ive made and lost money in the past in AIM but when the chairman is berating posters in a public forum for suggesting the BR asset is only worth 10p the infamous 'tell em where to stock it line' well, who would not be holding at 7p
Twisting my words now then. There's only one person who claimed he knew what BR was. Certainly not myself...
Yes hold shares LW and approx 70% under water 😢 But don’t winge about being misled. Have absolutely nothing to do with XTR management. Never met or spoken to anybody in the company. Interesting Gixxer you think Colin has full knowledge of what gold, copper lies under the ground. Has he got magical powers or something? Why would anyone drill if you just knew what was under the ground?
So funny to see how you react Gixxer when someone challenges your conspiracy theories….. I must be working for Colin…. No just someone who gets tired of the absolute utter crap you and the others peddle
Interesting timing BTW with your statements - Coming just before the AGM....
What are you on about??
OFC Bird knows. Why would anyone mislead their shareholders by stating anything they didn't know was true. I mean, that would be so disingenuous ....
