Couldn’t agree more.
Davdealdier, You seem to have miscalculated as there are no hens left in the henhouse. All thats left is shishir sat there with a large stomach looking like he may have eaten way too much. If fact he cant get through the exit door and there are lots of shareholders looking in through the window at him . DYOR
So the FTG group:
Used anonymous Twitter handles and names on here to promote anti company sentiment for a year/still doing so, damaging for anyone who has been a shareholder.
Of the group:
Rollins’ company Advanced Energy raised £20m and burnt through it all in a single year while having a cosy $440k remuneration package (non exec role too…) leaving investors with nothing - talk about financial mismanagement…
Koot is Rollins’s best mate so highly wedded together, sharing seats on boards together
De Salis - well god where to start
Erden - bit of an enigma/non entity but likes his options and high pay but is he worth it? Took a load of cheap options at Bens Creek and left shortly after, what will he demand here?
None of them are independent so how do you get an independent board - together they are a block and the same problem starts again.
There’s still no clarity on what these people are actually planning to do/capable of doing other than knowing they have no experience in graphite or mining and I’m assuming have no idea how things work in Madagascar or Mozambique. Gulp for shareholders but don’t let the wool cover your eyes out of spite against the current management. You’ll be letting the foxes into the hen house.
Where are your comments about the share price today? Up27.69% at the time of writing, if it was the other way around you would be blaming Shishir personally and calling for his head, it’s so obvious what you are up to it’s laughable.
I’m not here to make friends, the reason I made an account and posted my first comment was in response to outrageous accusations made by Tomorrowyesterday.
I don’t expect you to agree with my opinion but you deny factual information to suit your agenda.
Saluc name one person on here that has ever agreed with you - everyone has their own agenda
The group opened their twitter account in August of last year.
One of the 4 proposed NED’s haven’t even resigned at that point and she didn’t for another 5 months!!
So please don’t presume shareholders are that naive to not see through your agenda.
Why not , Shishir is a compulsive liar being found as crook along with Optiva and the NEDs. Everyone here has lost money and will lose it all , the way Shishir has rigged this
So do you by the looks of it.
Making all of his own - he has his own agenda
Be careful what you vote for. This is an asset rich company which could well be taken over for a pittance to the detriment of all existing shareholders. Remember Sirus Minerals PLC where all shareholders were wiped out. I really do suspect the motives of anumber of posters on this board.
NEAVO246, YOU REQUESTED WE PUT THE VIDEO OF "THE MESS IN MADAGASCAR" ON YOUTUBE BEFORE THE 11TH OF JUNE MEETING.
I urge anyone who has not read my post from 21.47 last night to scroll down and see what we now have.
Neaco246, If it is at all possible to put the video up before the meeting we will most certainly be doing this. It all depends on what the lawyers say. Right now I myself haven't seen the footage yet though will do at the meeting tomorrow. Our 2 videographers are now back in the UK so once we see and hear the evidence we will take advice and act accordingly. I can say the idea itself came from shishir's invite to visit both sites in Madagascar. Last year he was inviting investors to visit the Madagascar sites to see his handy work. When we met with lawyers earlier this year and told them of this they said we should go there and take footage and interviews of whats REALLY going on. Also if we got into any difficulties while out there we should say we were invited by the CFO, The CEO, the MD, and the Chairman. All of whom are shishir!. The only caveat was that we do not inform shishir of our visit. And since it's not illegal and eveyrone in the group are shareholders, and since we were invited to by shishir, we should take up the offer, which we did. And from what I'm told the findings are a world away from what shishir has publicly stated in a number of RNS's over the last many months. DYOR
There seems to be an agenda on here from certain posters trying to convince shareholders to vote their way...hhmmmm. 🤔
My advise would be to see all the data before making your decision. You have time.
Tomorrowyesterday are you TW?
If you believe that the proposed board have SH’s best interests at heart after all the information revealed good luck to you, even if they do have the best intentions are they capable of delivering. By comments from other posters who have provided evidence it would be an overwhelming no.
It sounds as if your biggest grievance is the SP (understandably so) as much as you state corporate governance, it was his management that made this an investible company. Yet you vote for the team who have been spreading disinformation and outright lies to damage sentiment and the SP since the day after the suspension last year.
You write off the man with the contacts and connections for poor governance and vote in the team who have been undermining him and the shareholders since at least August 2023, 7 months before Isabel De Salis resigned!
Stickybob are you puruvi?? You sound like her. No one is denying shishir knows about graphite. That's not in question and never has been. It's his dishonesty and greed that has put the company on life support. Shishar and his family did this. He sacked everyone so he could be king of the castle and now that he's being reprimanded you pull the race card. This has nothing to do with the colour of anyone's skin. This is about his actions not his looks. He had destroyed this company and he must answer for it. If he is innocent then let him prove it. If he is guilty which we are sure he is, then he must be booted out. Once the proof is shown there will be no hiding. Shishir knows what he's done so he should do the decent thing. We believed in him. We trusted him . We invested in him and he continually sh....t all over us. He has to apologise and give back what he has stolen. TSG belongs to the shareholders. That means ALL shareholders not just the poddars. He stole it from us. Now we have the proof. This meeting on monday is shishir doing what he always does, pretends he is sincere and makes promises he knows he will never keep. Well now we know his promises are empty and he himself is full off S....T Dyor
Referring to TW from SP!
you've forgotten ****phobia!
Racism and sexism, one would think TW from SP is involved.. oh wait, he is!!
At the GM vote YES to all resolutions.
These are the people who never engaged with the owners (shareholders). Look at them rushing around now wanting to answer question.
They are like politicians who you only see at election time and visit you when they want your vote.
SHOW THEM THE DOOR. Take back control. Decide your fate. VOTE YES
I am still a long suffering shareholder in TGR showing a significant loss.
I have thought long and hard about TGR's current predicament. My thoughts are as follows:
If we were looking at a family run private company or one quoted in Mumbai then there would be reduced scrutiny. But we are looking at a PLC which is quoted on the London Stock Exchange Main market. That brings added responsibilities and attention. Corporate structure matters as does competence and accountability. To function without a good CFO at the most important time in a companies history is unforgivable. In my view Shishir does not possess the skillset to support the evolution of TGR into a company producing 8% of global graphite production. Management is the art of delegation and encouraging communication from senior employees, supporting or not. Promoting your daughter to the board simply will not do. It is not a good look.
Regretably I will be voting to remove the current board, Shishir has had too many chances to correct issues and the judgement of the LSE? A share price of under 4p. Dear God. These are my thoughts only.
Shareholders may be under pressure from Brokers to register Votes for the GM on 11th June.
I received a mail yesterday from II, they have repeated the request again this morning. II are referring to the meeting as an AGM which is not correct. Maybe Brokers are just making sure PI's are aware, maybe they ( Brokers) are under pressure from the BOD to get Votes quickly. I have not voted, am assimilating ALL the information which continues to flow regarding the various Individuals on both sides. I am certainly waiting to see the report/video Tomorrowtoday, stated late last night. It may be very relevant it may not, but until properly validated, I am keeping my powder dry.
As I understand SH's have until 6th June to record Votes online.
Would suggest until ALL emerging Information is properly considered, including the Q&A, hold off Voting as I am
I agree with your comment there HarChris.
If a higher degree of competence (see Tuesdays copy and paste mistaken for a primary school level example basic error), transparency and governance then we wouldn’t be here.
I contacted the company a number of weeks back and received a re-hashed copy and paste response to questions. It gave me zero confidence and all of the company decisions and comms since then have given me even less than zero confidence.
All comments and consideration of the upcoming vote should be about ability to recover this mess. Unfortunately I don’t have much faith in either side.
there's certainly been the odd ****** comment which is always horrible to see but the vast, vast majority have attacked shishir for his incompetence not the colour of his skin, thnakfully.
as for puruvi i'm not sure if i've seen any sexism, just nepotism.
I forgot to add all this info is available in the annual reports on Beacon Energy’s website found in its corporate documents section from 2021 onwards.
There’s 2 sides to every story but each side should be scrutinised and currently I have not seen that here for the requisition group, make sure to do your own research on each individual, don’t just take them at their word, especially after the track record they have shown. Burning through £20m with nothing to show for it, no assets, no revenue, and over $400k of shareholder money in the pocket of Mr Rollins over 2021/22 is not a good look you’d want to see replicated here!
