Can I politely point out, again, that TGR are quoted on the LSE main market, not AIM.

I am an existing shareholder who is heavily underwater.

That said I still find it remarkable that we have shares in a company that has published accounts , capital to invest and 2 world class mining licenses.

I honestly thought that SP had managed TGR into financial oblivion and was preparing to write off my shareholding.

I don't know anything about the newly appointed CFO but I am prepared to give the new BODs a chance to turn incompetence into success, they have earned it. Let's not forget that for two years SP ran TGR without a CFO only a back room finance function that didn't work. Frankly I would be happy if my dog Pixie had been appointed CFO.

However, lets give credit where it's due, the BOD have worked miracles, lets give them a chance and consign SP to the dustbin of history!

Can I repeat that TGR are not quoted on the AIM they are quoted on the LSE Main market.

As a long suffering shareholder it would be nice if we could have an update on the completion of the FY and interim accounts and hopefully the relisting of the shares on the London stock exchange main market. That's not too much to ask for is it?

It appears that the value of the previous MD's shareholding was more important than revenge and pushing the company into administration.

However I do congratulate the new board on winning the votes at the GM today.

I have added to my holding in OMG today.

If you are all interested Imogen was promoted to Vicon Managing Director in 2012, a position that she held very successfully until 2022 when she was promoted to CEO, her current position. So she has a decade of experience at the most profitable part of the business. She will be very aware of what needs to be done to restore Vicon's economic performance.

I know OMG very well.

I do not intend to sink into a thread that wastes my time.

However I will simply say this, Vicon is the Global market leader in motion capture. Let me repeat that, Vicon is the Global market leader in motion capture.

I note the current thread of comments about OMG PLC and it's performance on the AIM Market.

I have been an OMG shareholder since 2007. The share price in that time has been as low as 17p up to a high of 118p. This under the tenure of Nick Bolton and David Deacon. OMG is my biggest position and in 2019 I sold half my holding @88.5p to help buy my house. In the last few months I have bought back those shares @42p . My near term target is 52p and we are nearly there. I don't simply look at accounts I look at what the market thinks and the trend line is up. The shares have broken out of the downtrend and are moving higher. I am happy to add.

I have watched the presentations of Imogen and Zoe for two years now and this year was a definite improvement. I will be supporting the board with the exception of the CFO who I remain underwhelmed with so I will abstain with her vote.

My investing decisions are based on firm fundamentals and significant potential. I am perfectly content to wait, fully invested in OMG, for Imogen and the board to work it's magic.

And don't forget OMG are very good at growing businesses and selling them. Note 2d3 sold to Boeing for $25 million and Yotta sold for £52 million. Vicon will not be sold unless there is a takeover bid but I do expect Siempre to be grown significantly and if an offer came , well lets wait and see.

I have been an OMG shareholder since 2007. I know this company quite well. Someone has been nibbling at OMG shares over the last few days.

I have an expectation as a shareholder that we are updated tomorrow about the overdue accounts, production figures and current financing. After years of fanciful nonsense from SP the new board must take market and shareholder engagement very seriously indeed.

As a shareholder I would just like to point out that our shares have now been suspended for One year, one month and 3 days.

I am a supporter of the new board and can only imagine how much nonsense they are uncovering. As a shareholder I also know who is to blame for this shambles and is still attempting to block progress 28 million times.

He is, without doubt, an incompetent operator who only has his spiteful interests at heart. He will receive his just rewards at some stage of this long running story. End.

As a long suffering shareholder I can confirm that I have indeed been shafted by an incompetent previous Chairman and Chief Executive whose initials are SP. For someone who embraced the limelight you don't hear much from him now !

As a long suffering shareholder I'd just like to point out that if we reach the 1st August 2025 with no change in current circumstances then we will have been suspended for one calendar year, let me repeat that, One year. I hold one person responsible for this shambles and his initials are SP. His levels of incompetence are proving hard to correct. Dear God!

As a long term holder of TGR I am surprised that we have passed the extended deadline for submitting 2023/24 accounts and information about the future direction of the company. I await an update from my BOD. However I don't want to see a return to the chaos of the previous CEO. Come on Mark give me some good news.

I am now an optimistic shareholder.

I actively celebrate the removal of Shishir Poddar from the BOD. I hope that his suspension as Co CEO becomes a dismissal as his services are no longer required. I'd like to think that his shares can be clawed back to help mitigate a small amount of share value distruction Shishir has overseen.

Let's see what the new board can achieve.

You are quite right about sentiment on AIM. It's awful.

I have owned shares in OMG since 2007. I despair at the current valuation but have taken the opportunity to add shares at 53p.

At the current price if you subtract £50 million cash AIM values the underlying business at about £17 million. This is a business that has 2023/24 revenues of over £41 million , is profitable with margins of over 67% and a market leader in MoCap. It is building a new division and has no debt. If the shares fell to 40p then the underlying business would be valued at NIL. Sentiment has moved against OMG currently because of delayed orders but I am optimistic moving into the first half of 2024/25. Progressive are optimistic as well. A bonus is a dividend yield of 5.7%.

However noting current AIM conditions could it move lower? Of course.

But I believe that once the share buyback is complete we will see a return of confidence.

As our TGR shares are long term suspended the new Board of directors can release important RNS's at anytime and I get the strong impression that the BODs don't want to hang around.

The only benefit of being a longish term shareholder is I have seen most of the TGR journey. I have missed lots of red flags. I will have to live with that. One of the most important points in the timeline was the resignation of the CFO who was in place at the time of flotation in December 2020.

Ken resigned in August 2022, that was when the finance function moved to India and then we suffered a number of last minute Accounts submissions or missed deadlines and a suspension of the shares. That is where we are now.

God knows what the current board have found, I suspect it's not pretty. We are currently waiting for the Accounts for 2023/24, interim accounts for 2024/25 and we will expect full year accounts for 2024/25 by September of this year.

There's a lot to do.

But there's hope.

I welcome the suspension of Shishir Poddar . Something hasn't smelt right for some time and with production stalled in Madagascar who would Shishir find to invest in TGR, a graphite mining company with no production?

I note that in the last RNS regarding operational revue the new executive chairman wrote the wonderful words " we seek continuous production" in Madagascar. Good.
